Sobald Sie ankommen, begrüßt Sie der Chauffeur und bringt Sie zum Auto. Er/sie hilft Ihnen mit Ihrem Gepäck und bestätigt Ihnen Ihr Ziel. Sobald der Passagier an Bord ist, fährt er Sie wie geplant zum Hotel oder Ziel und bringt Sie dort wieder ab. Im Auto stehen Wasser und ein Ladegerät zur Verfügung. Wir bieten Mercedes Minivan wie vito oder v Klasse oder EQV. für weniger als 4 Personen Limousine geplant werden. Denn Flughafenfahrer wird Sie am Passagierabholbereich mit Ihrem Namen treffen. Dasselbe am Hafen. Die Abholung vom Hotel erfolgt an der Rezeption. Car was dirty. Empty water bottles laying in back seat and windows were dirty, like it was wiped with dirty rag and left to dry. For the $$$$, would expect something much more professional.
Naren stayed in constant contact from the time we booked it to the airport pickup. Very professional and courteous.
Our driver was on time and communicated via Whatsapp from before we boarded our flight until we were picked up. He was very patient and understanding while we waited in a very long line to clear customs.
Although a few minutes late, our driver arrived in a spotless, top of the line vehicle, and couldn't have been more helpful with loading and unloading the luggage. He was courteous, friendly, and spoke perfect English.

We were stuck in passport control for almost two hours so we never did connect with our driver. The company did send a different driver but it cost us an additional $70 and he did not have our name so we had difficulty finding him. Passport control was not the company's fault but I can't believe this is not a constant problem. Don't schedule an advance ride. Lots of Ubers available.
The transfer ended up being in a 4-door taxi sedan whose trunk exactly fit our two suitcases. The driver was polite and timely and knew how to skirt the city due to an event that day. We arrived safely and timely. Just don't expect luxury transport and you'll be fine. And don't know if it would have been cheaper to just get a taxi...

Transfer to cruise ship. When booked, had no idea it was the day of the Copenhagen marathon. Hotel was not accessible to cars. Waseem was very communicative. He found the closest location he could get to us and dropped a pin we could easily find. Very courteous, professional and punctual. Highly recommend.
