Machen Sie mit uns eine Tagestour zum Hamlet-Schloss, wo wir die Küstenstraße Strandvejen entlang fahren und in der charmanten Altstadt von Helsingør ankommen, die auf Englisch Elsinor heißt. Nach unserem Besuch in Helsingør segeln wir über den Öresund nach Schweden und fahren auf den schwedischen Landstraßen in die antike Stadt Lund, wo Sie die Kathedrale von Lund besichtigen können, die im Jahr 1145 fertiggestellt wurde. Hinter der Kathedrale können Sie die Winzlinge erkunden Straßen mit Häusern aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Es ist wie ein Schritt zurück in die Geschichte! Danach fahren wir nach Malmö, Schwedens drittgrößte Stadt, wo Sie Gelegenheit zum Einkaufen haben und von Schwedens niedrigeren Kaufsteuern profitieren können, was bedeutet, dass es einige sehr schöne Preise gibt! Schließlich kehren wir über die beeindruckende Öresundbrücke nach Kopenhagen zurück. !!! Bitte denken Sie daran, Ihren Reisepass mitzubringen !!! Lass uns die Touren genießen!

In Ihrer Freizeit in Helsingør können Sie wählen, ob Sie das Innere des Schlosses besichtigen oder es nur umrunden möchten (kostenlose Option) oder die Altstadt erneut besuchen möchten.
Auf dem Weg zum Schloss können Kunden durch den Kulturhof spazieren.
In Ihrer Freizeit in Helsingør können Sie diese Kathedrale besuchen, die nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Bushaltestelle entfernt liegt.
Kunden können dieses Museum besuchen, anstatt das Schloss Kronborg zu betreten.
Wir halten vor der Kathedrale an und die Kunden können wählen, ob sie hineingehen möchten.
In ihrer Freizeit in Lund haben Kunden die Möglichkeit, die Gärten zu besuchen.
Der Bus hält hier eine Stunde.
Kunden können den Platz erkunden oder in einem der Cafés einen Kaffee trinken.
Wir werden hier einen fünfminütigen Fotostopp einlegen.
Wir überqueren die Brücke und halten noch zehn Minuten an, damit die Kunden ein Foto machen können

Great day trip, excellent driver and tour guide. The only downside was the 3 women who talked continuously through the commentary.
The Hamlet & Sweden tour was awesome and I’d highly recommend if you have a full day and would like to see parts of Sweden as well. Plan ahead before each stop what you would like to see and you can make the most of each stop.
Very fun and interesting tour. The bus was comfortable and we were given plenty of time to explore at the stops. There was good recorded information and the guide chimed in to give live information as well. They provided bottle water about half way through the tour.
The tour was very well organised, and Andy was extremely informative and knowledgeable throughout. We really enjoyed the experience and learned a lot along the way. The only challenge was finding time to see all the suggested key points of interest within the allocated time. Helsingør Castle in particular is somewhere you could easily spend a whole day exploring the castle and surrounding area. We absolutely loved it and would definitely like to go back and spend more time there. A big thank you to Enjoy the Tours for a wonderful experience and for making the day so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend the tour and hope to join you again in the future!
The only comment I have is to allow more time at each of the stops. The time was a little short and have to run to be able to see what I need before the return time to the bus. Other than this everything with fine and the driver/guide was good. I liked that there was explanation all the way not like other tours where they leave big portions of the tour silent without any details.

The tour is rushed in each stop. Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience Unfortunately, our experience with this excursion was very disappointing. Our group arrived only about five minutes late, and the tour guide repeatedly called us out and embarrassed us in front of the other guests. Throughout the excursion, the guide continued to blame our group for missing the ferry. We understood that being late may have caused an inconvenience, but the issue could have been handled professionally and respectfully rather than repeatedly humiliating us. The situation became even more uncomfortable on our way back to the bus. The driver handed us the brochures in a very rude and aggressive manner, forcefully pushing them into our hands and hitting our hands in the process. We paid for this excursion expecting a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome and singled out. A professional tour company should know how to address delays or misunderstandings without embarrassing guests or treating them disrespectfully. Based on the way we were treated, I would not recommend this excursion.

In Helsingør, all guests returned to the bus on time except for your group. Our driver and host contacted you by phone, and we were told that you would be back within approximately two minutes. You arrived about 12–15 minutes after the scheduled departure time, which was a long wait for the other guests on the tour. We understand that being addressed about the delay in front of the other passengers may have felt uncomfortable. We accept that this could have been handled more discreetly, and for that we sincerely apologize. Our driver's intention was not to embarrass anyone, but to explain the situation to the other passengers who had been waiting. Unfortunately, the delay meant that we missed the scheduled ferry, resulting in everyone having to wait approximately 20–25 minutes for the next one. We understand that this can be frustrating for everyone, and we are sorry that the situation affected your experience. At the same time, we hope you understand that our driver also has a responsibility towards the other guests who returned at the agreed time. We believe the situation could have been handled better in terms of communication, and we are happy to acknowledge that. However, we also believe it is important to clarify that the missed ferry was a result of the late return to the bus, rather than the tour being planned too tightly. We are sorry that you left the tour feeling unwelcome. Excellent guide and driver Mario. Dry comfortable and easy ride. The best kart is the Elsinore castle. Once in Sweden, both Lund and Malmo were not as appealing. However, the logistics and service were top class.
