Easy to book transfer via Viator. A bit of mix up on arrival as driver was in another part of the arrivals hall - messaged company given a location to meet at Cretan cabs stand 26 & all good 👍 Driver was polite & offered us water- good travel to our hotel - will use again for return journey 😀

It was very convenient and was the least stressful part of our 2 day airplane flight journey. Our driver, George, was right where we were told he would be. The sign with my name was in large, bold print so was easily found. Most importantly, Our driver stood where he and the sign were easy to find as we exited the baggage claim area. During the ride to our destination, George carried the conversation in a pleasant manner. He drove us exactly to our location in a safe manner. With regards to the company, our flight was delayed and when I advised them of this , they were already aware and quite prepared to adjust our scheduled appointment time. This is outstanding service and we will happily, and confidently, book with them again.

Booked this transfer for a return trip from Heraklion airport to Stalis on my recent holiday. 100% recommend. The drivers on both trips were on time, professional and courteous. Will be booking again with them next year.

We were picked up by our driver from Heraklion airport. Our driver was lovely and the service was excellent. We were offered cold water which helped after a long trip.

Outstanding service. My connection coming in from Paris was going to arrive after my flight to Crete. I called the transportation service and asked if they could change it for a 12:20 am arrival. Not only was my flight 30 minutes late, but they were there and available to drive a 15 minutes to my hotel on the east side of the island. Again, I cannot reiterate, outstanding service.

The driver had to signal himself in the arrival hall with a sign. After wasting time waiting for him, fortunately we were able to call the central who gave us an appointment in an office outside where someone looked for a taxi for us. 40 minutes lost. I rather advise against it.
