They advertised that a Mercedes would pick us up, but instead we got a white Skoda. There was also almost no customer service, and it was very difficult to get in contact with anyone. They never asked for our flight number — I had to contact them myself with the information, and they did not even respond. After we landed, we waited for the driver who never showed up. We had to call customer service several times before they finally managed to contact the driver. He called us 15–20 minutes later saying he was not even at the airport yet, so we had to wait even longer before being picked up. There was also no service regarding luggage handling or offering water, even though this was included as part of the transfer service. This was definitely the worst transfer experience I have had compared to the many others I have used before.

Due to operational circumstances and last-minute vehicle availability, a different car was assigned for your transfer, but we completely understand that this was not what was advertised or expected. We also sincerely apologize for the communication issues you experienced before and after your arrival. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to wait at the airport after a long flight. Regarding the luggage assistance and complimentary water, we regret that these services were not provided as promised. 10/10 great service, very welcoming, complimentary bottles of water for the journey, kind and friendly driver, driver waited at the airport for us even though our flight was 1 hour later that expected. Would definitely use Rethymno easy travel again if I return to Crete some day.

Great service, great communication prior and arrived ahead of time and got us back to the airport with no issues. Provided great comfort and an ice cold bottle of water for our journey, highly recommended!
