This husband and wife duo are fabulous! We used them twice while in Miami. I forgot my iPad in the van and they returned it immediately…even before I noticed it missing! With all the chaos at the port I was worried about locating them. They called and talked to me while we located each other. Very helpful!
Timely, helpful, good communication, clean and roomy transportation. Used for both MIA to hotel and cruise terminal to hotel, and had a great experience both times.
Our driver Camila took almost an hour to pick us up. Not sure what the hold was. But the people next to us had their driver miss them the first time and looped around to get them and our driver still took another 30 min to get us. I tried calling but she never answered only texted. When she picked us up she said very and nothing on the ride to the airport. Even after i asked her a question.
We could have booked a Uber XXL & gotten the same size car for a 1/4 the price. They advertised sprinter vans but sent an SUV. We had 6 adults 8 suitcases and a wheelchair so booked this service to ensure spacious comfortable transport so was very disappointed when the SUV pulled up. We were packed in with suitcases under our feet. Our driver was nice but the service is a scam.

We had 7 in our group. He arrived early and was helpful with all of the luggage. We will book again!
Cramped for 6people with luggage. We had to hold two bags in the back and two of us cramped in with a seat down and one piece of luggage in back seat. For price the experience was like an Uber.

Daniel was great! He had the car seats we needed for the children installed, and ready to go. Loaded and unloaded the bags.
I used this service to transport a family group from Miami International Airport to our hotel, then from the hotel to the cruise port, and finally from the cruise port back to the airport. Their communication throughout was outstanding — clear, timely, and helpful. We had the pleasure of riding with Sebastian and Eduardo, who were both prompt, professional, and provided excellent service. Meeting instructions were very easy to follow, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this service and would definitely use them again!

Everything was perfect. I wasn’t sure how we were going to find our driver, Manuel, since there were a bunch of black vehicles but he kept in touch through text and he put a flag out of his window so we could find him. He helped with our luggage, he was right on time and even had waters for us. I will definitely use again.
