I used this yacht company last month, and I had a great experience. The booking process was smooth, the yacht was clean and well-maintained, and the crew was professional and friendly. Everything went as expected, and we had an amazing time on the water. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and stress-free yacht rental experience!

This is an essential part of the booking process because, as a bareboat charter company, we are required to complete the captain selection process and coordinate your departure time in advance. Captains may not be available at every hour, which is why departure times must be confirmed with us before your charter. If guests arrive at the marina without contacting us first, there may not be a captain assigned, a yacht prepared, or a reservation scheduled for that time. For this reason, we do not automatically reserve a departure time until we have spoken with the guest and completed the required coordination. We also want to clarify that our yacht descriptions clearly disclose all **additional fees that are not included in the booking price**, such as fuel and crew fees when applicable. We believe in being transparent, and these details are available in the listing before a reservation is made. We always do our best to provide every guest with a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we encourage everyone to carefully review the listing and contact us after booking so we can prepare everything in advance and ensure their charter goes as planned.
Horrible service and communication, no one communicated properly with me, my booking was given up even after money was paid.

At that time, we specifically asked that you notify us as soon as the payment was completed so we could immediately reserve your requested time slot. Unfortunately, we never received any confirmation or follow-up from you after the payment. From June 29 until the day you arrived, there was no communication regarding your reservation or confirmation of your preferred departure time. Because we had not received the required confirmation, the requested time was not secured. When you arrived without prior confirmation, we were unable to accommodate the booking as requested. However, rather than keeping your payment, we processed a full refund. We always encourage our guests to stay in communication throughout the booking process so we can ensure everything is properly confirmed and reserved. We wish you all the best and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.
