They accept the booking, and you clearly mention the address of the resort. But when we met the driver at the airport, he asked for 40 USD extra. And denied to pick us up. Great way to take advantage of tourists. If you cannot drop off to the hotel zone why accept the booking.

When inconsistencies are found, as in your case, we promptly notify the customer of the required fare adjustment before the service takes place. Unfortunately, you declined to cover the difference for the correct zone. Had you informed us on that same day that you would not accept the updated fare, you would have had the full opportunity to cancel your booking without any inconvenience and select another transportation alternative. Great Service. Good job communicating and coordinating when we arrived at Cancun airport. Driver had a large yellow poster with our name, very easy to find. Actual provider was Dantia Luxury Service. I would definitely recommend them.

Really good service, we can out of the airport and they had a sign with our name on it. The Guy took our suitcases to the car where the driver was waiting with cold beers and water. Which was much needed in the heat.
