Wir haben an der Universität Istanbul die Abteilung für Tourismus und Reiseleiter abgeschlossen. Jeder von uns verfügt über eine professionelle Reiseleiterlizenz. Alle unsere Fahrer verfügen über eine spezielle Lizenz der Tourismusgemeinde. Wir sind uns bewusst, dass dieser Sektor auf Zuverlässigkeit und Gästefeedback basiert. Wir kennen die Erwartungen der Reisenden sehr gut und wissen, wie wir diese Erwartungen als Reiseunternehmen erfüllen können. The vehicle arrived late meaning I was stood in a carpark for 15minutes. The vehicle was old, well worn & no water was provided as advertised.

The reservation was made for the European side, but the actual address was on the Asian side. This change was understood at the last minute. Although this was not caused by us and was outside our operating area, we chose to resolve the situation to avoid canceling your service. Due to the last-minute change, we had to arrange and pay another licensed agency to complete your transfer to the Asian side.
