The driver stay in touch while waiting for clients to arrive at the airport. Sent photos and confirmation he got my clients.
After 13 hours of travel and a 6:00am arrival, I spent 45 minutes trying to find my driver, called the number provided ( no answer) before I gave up. I have requested a refund of the $210 but have not yet had a response
Our driver was amazing, checking on our cruise ship status and adjusting our pickup time so that we would wait in comfort. Very friendly and full of good information. Our vehicle was very comfortable and the drive was a pleasant one.
Plenty to know , divine places and very colorful landscapes. The main attraction is the clock with many flowers.

JC was prompt at pick up. He kept us entertained with his knowledge of Valparaiso and Santiago. Enjoyed chatting with him and his playlist was exactly what we listen to! If we go back we will definitely hire him again!
We had a great and uneventful ride from the Santiago airport to our hotel in Valparaiso. Our driver was very friendly, informative and helpful. He was easy to find in the airport and pleasant to ride with.

Lots of options with a guide. The last time we went without a guide it wasn't good. Our Guide Alexis presented the history and also with his charisma he can dance and present the culture of the Chileans. It exceeded our expectations.
