I had an excellent service on the bus with the guides Danay and Lily. We explained everything with great clarity and attention. Because of this we bought another package of visits to Vina del Mar with a boy from the company.

Employee Lilly gave us a lot of attention. But that was the only positive aspect of the walk. We were overpaid on the first stretch of the tour and spent the whole day to get a refund of 89 thousand Chilean pesos, and we were only refunded at the end of the day. After all, the tour was expensive, without quality, a real waste of time and money. I do not recommend it in any way. If you want to see some tourist spot on the tour or the Cerro San Cristobal cable car, go for your own, which is more efficient and cheaper.

Very good experience! It is very organized and I must say that at the beginning I was afraid, but Constanza, Laura, Dania, and Lili were very attentive and kind! They cleared up my doubts and guided me with the map. Definitely a 10/10 experience!!!
