Der heidnische Tempel von Garni wurde in der zweiten Hälfte des 1. Jahrhunderts von König Trdat III. erbaut. Dies ist der einzige heidnische Tempel, der auf dem Territorium Armeniens erhalten geblieben ist. Es wird angenommen, dass der Tempel Mithra, dem Gott der Sonne, geweiht war. Das Geghard-Kloster ist eines der größten mittelalterlichen Bauwerke in Armenien. Geghard liegt vollständig ausgehöhlt in einer Höhle, es wird auch „Höhlenkloster“ genannt. Dieses Kloster wurde im 4. Jahrhundert n. Chr. gegründet. anstelle der heiligen Quelle, die aus der Höhle entspringt. Tsaghkadzor ist ein Kurort in der armenischen Provinz Kotayk und ein beliebtes Ski- und Klimaziel. Tsaghkadzor bedeutet „Schlucht voller Blumen“. Es ist ein sehr schöner Ort voller Farben. Hier besuchen Sie auch das wunderschöne mittelalterliche Kloster Kecharis, das im frühen Mittelalter erbaut wurde.

Charents Arch befindet sich in der Nähe von Eriwan zwischen dem heidnischen Tempel von Garni und dem christlichen Klosterkomplex Geghard im Dorf Vokhchaberd. Auf den ersten Blick scheint der Bogen der gewöhnlichste und unauffälligste zu sein, aber wenn man näher kommt, zur Plattform im Inneren des Bogens geht und das Panorama betrachtet, wird alles klar - dies ist der beste Ort, um den großen und heiligen Berg Ararat zu bewundern , um mit ihm in Einheit zu sein und die schöne Landschaft zu genießen.
Der heidnische Tempel von Garni wurde in der zweiten Hälfte des 1. Jahrhunderts von König Trdat III erbaut. Nach der Annahme des Christentums wurde es die Sommerresidenz von Khosrovadukht, der Schwester von König Trdat III. Es wurde 1679 durch ein Erdbeben zerstört. Teile, Fragmente anmutiger Säulen und Mauersteine waren im Tempel verteilt. Es wird vermutet, dass der Tempel Mithra, dem Gott der Sonne, gewidmet war.
Das Kloster Geghard ist eines der größten mittelalterlichen Bauwerke Armeniens. Geghard ist in einer Höhle völlig ausgehöhlt, es wird auch „Höhlenkloster“ genannt. Dieses Kloster wurde im 4. Jahrhundert n. Chr. Gegründet. anstelle der heiligen Quelle, die aus der Höhle stammt. Der Name des Klosterkomplexes Geghard (Speer) stammt vom Langin'n-Speer, der den Leib Jesu Christi am Kreuz durchbohrte. Im Moment wird dieser Speer im Museum von Etchmiadzin aufbewahrt. Der Klosterkomplex Geghard gehört zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe.
Tsaghkadzor ist eine gemütliche Stadt in der armenischen Provinz Kotayk, einem beliebten Ski- und Klimagebiet, das aus dem Armenischen übersetzt „Schlucht der Blumen“ bedeutet. Bereits im V. Jahrhundert v. Chr. Wurden die heilenden Eigenschaften des lokalen Klimas erkannt. Haltestelle 6: Kecharis-Kloster Der Klosterkomplex Kecharis wurde im 11. Jahrhundert in Tsakhkadzor errichtet. Im 12.-13. Jahrhundert galt Kecharis als bedeutendes Kultzentrum Armeniens mit einer höheren Schule. Der Komplex besteht aus drei Kirchen, zwei Kapellen und einer Veranda, westlich davon eine weitere Kirche mit ihrer Veranda. Der Haupttempel ist die St.-Gregor-Kirche, das erste Gebäude des Klosters, das 1003 von Grigor Magistros Pahlavuni errichtet wurde.
Der mittelalterliche Klosterkomplex Kecharis-Kloster liegt im nordwestlichen Teil der Stadt Tsaghkadzor. Es zeichnet sich nicht nur durch seine architektonische Originalität aus, sondern auch durch seine interessante Geschichte. Seine Ausbildung dauerte 220 Jahre mit Unterbrechungen von über 150 Jahren. Dieses Schicksal war auf die Besonderheiten der historischen Periode zurückzuführen. Der Bau des Klosters begann während der Herrschaft der Bagratuni-Dynastie und wurde von der Pahlavuni-Dynastie fortgesetzt.

We did the private tour from Yerevan - Garni Temple - Symphony of Stone - Geghard Monastery - Tsaghkadzor sky-lift - Kecharis monastery. David the driver was so kind and hospitable, the car was clean, with AC, comfortable and provided with bottled of water. It’s recommended to purchase the entrance ticket directly from the office so no need to worry to queue for tickets at the entrance, especially during busy season.
