Private Tour der Insel Capri mit dem Boot oder Schlauchboot

It was a fantastic experience thanks to the skipper who was very kind, super professional, and well-prepared.

With my children, I decide to rent a dinghy and tour the island on our own. I arrive early at the rental point and a lady tells me to park the car near the wall. Not convinced, I ask a fisherman who tells me that it is forbidden there and the port authority has cars removed!!! After 20 minutes I find a parking spot, I go to the rental place and report what the fisherman told me, and she, with a know-it-all attitude, tells me yes, it's true they remove them, but they never do it!!!! Oh well, let's drop it... I pay 100€ for a half day and for the gas upon return based on consumption. I take a photo of the gas level and, for safety, of the engine foot. The rental finished, I return, a guy sees the fuel level, exactly at half, and reports it to the lady who tells me 50.00€!!! I make a sour face... how does she know that I have to pay 50.00€ for gas!! oh well, I take out my credit card and she tells me NO CASH ONLY. Not having any, I tell her that if she wants I have the card, otherwise I have nothing else. We argue and at my request "let's go to the gas station, fill up the tank, and I'll pay with a card!!" And no, you can't. Annoyed, I ask how she calculated the 50€ and she tells me you used half a tank! It's a shame that I didn't leave with a full tank, as per the photo I showed you, but you insist and tell me it's 23 liters, equal to €50. In the end, you accept the credit card, and I, without further discussion, leave very annoyed. STAY FAR AWAY; there are others who rent and are serious people!! I won't write anything else.....

On Friday 5 September we spent a perfect day on the island of Ischia. First of all thanks to our skipper Enzo who guided us with competence and sympathy to make a whole tour of the island making us swim in heavenly places. To make it even more perfect was the lunch nothing short of super (bruschetta, mussels, pasta, coffee and coffee killer and not to be underestimated the option for those who do not eat fish) cooked on a larger boat Jolly that moved with us, and the super and legendary skipper Vito. What about it?! Just thank you all for this wonderful day! I hope to return soon to Ischia and of course to return by boat with you.

BAD EXPERIENCE: Rent the largest available dinghy paid 450 euros, appointment at 9 am in Ischia port, after several reminders of mine show up at 9:45; at about 10:45 I try to take the first bath the anchor does not go down and does not rise, I contact them, they arrive after an hour, they make me return to their base to replace a piece and finally at 13 I can start to enjoy the day (considering that in the morning the sea was calm and in the afternoon wind and waves). I contact them because I would have liked a partial refund, and these are the only things they do that tell me that they give me the consumption of the 30 liters of gasoline, taking no responsibility for the problems they caused me and also treating me badly by phone. I mean, they gave me a handout. Icing on the cake, they did not issue any tax receipt and apparently it is not what they do as at the time of the contract they did not ask me for the tax code and did not even bring or handed me a receipt. Thank goodness that in Ischia there are alternatives

Unfortunately, our experience with this boat rental was far from positive. We booked a private tour throughout the day Ischia - Capri with the expectation of having a competent Guide to assist and guide us along the way. Unfortunately, the skipper did not give us any useful guidance or Guide during the tour, leaving us practically to ourselves. The biggest problem arose on the way back, when the sea rose considerably. The situation became a real nightmare, with the dinghy taking very hard hits. We all came back with our backs blocked and bruised from the constant blows. I think it would have been right for the skipper to inform us how to position ourselves and how to deal with rough seas to limit the inconvenience. When I pointed out the problem, I was told that the worsening of the sea was not foreseeable. However, although you cannot control the weather, we expected a Pro to pay more attention and care in ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. We paid for quality service, but unfortunately this was not the case. I do not Recommendation this service to those looking for a well organized and safe experience.
