The boat you selected, Knotty Behavior, is our budget-friendly option. The boat’s size, photos, duration, and pricing are all clearly displayed on the Viator listing so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. For guests looking for a larger vessel, we also offer our 28ft center console, although it is priced accordingly. Based on your 3-star review, it seems the primary concern was the size and speed of the boat rather than the service itself. While we certainly respect your opinion, the boat provided was the exact vessel that was booked. We’re very sorry that this was your experience. Unfortunately, at the time of your booking there was an error with our reservation system that allowed a double booking. This is not something we do intentionally, nor is it a common occurrence. We reached out to you as soon as the issue was identified and attempted to explain the situation, however the conversation became very heated. Despite this, we ensured that you received a full refund through Viator, which was processed immediately, and we apologized multiple times for the inconvenience. After the refund was issued, you informed us that you would leave a one-star review if we did not “fix this.” In an effort to accommodate you, we offered two alternative boats that are booked regularly by our guests. Both options were offered at a discounted rate, along with complimentary champagne, despite being last-minute arrangements. You declined both options and instead requested a price that was not reasonable for the service provided. We fully understand being disappointed—anyone would be. However, accusations that we intentionally double-sell reservations or attempt to mislead guests are simply untrue. We work extremely hard to earn our reviews and consistently go above and beyond for our customers. When a genuine mistake occurred, we took responsibility, communicated openly, refunded you in full, and made multiple good-faith efforts to make it right. We regret that no solution was acceptable to you, but we stand by the fact that this situation was handled fairly, transparently, and professionally
