Große Moschee (Wenn Sie um 12:00 Uhr mittags und freitags zur Gebetszeit beginnen, ist es nur Foto.) Wir nehmen Sie mit durch die wunderschöne Stadt Maskat, wo wir zuerst die große Moschee für einen Fotostopp besuchen werden, die neben ein paar anderen einer der größten 1 -teiligen handgefertigten iranischen Teppich der Welt ist. Der Teppich wiegt satte 21 Tonnen und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 20.000 Gläubige. Sultan Qaboos Große Moschee ist geschlossen, wenn Freitag (für Freitagsgebet) nur draußen für Fotostopp.
Royal Opera (ist am Freitag geschlossen und an Feiertagen ist nur Fotostopp.) Wir fahren Sie durch die Ministerien und das Royal Opera House, das führende Kunst- und Kulturorganisation im Sultanat Oman ist. Die Vision des Opernhauses ist es, als Kompetenzzentrum für globales kulturelles Engagement zu dienen Royal Opera House ist geschlossen, wenn Freitag - nur draußen für Fotostopp.
Der Al Alam Palace "Palast der Flagge" ist ein Palast in Old Muscat, Oman. Es wurde von Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said als zeremonieller Palast genutzt. Eine von sechs Sultansresidenzen des Monarchen hat eine über 200-jährige Geschichte und wurde unter der Aufsicht von Imam Sultan bin Ahmed, dem 7. direkten Großvater von Sultan Qaboos, erbaut.
Nur Fotostopp am Al Jalali Fort. Das Al Jalali Fort oder Ash Sharqiyah Fort ist ein Fort im Hafen von Alt-Maskat, Oman. Die Festung wurde in den 1580er Jahren von den Portugiesen unter Philipp I. von Portugal erbaut, um den Hafen zu schützen, nachdem Maskat zweimal von osmanischen Truppen geplündert worden war. Im Jahr 1650 fiel es an omanische Streitkräfte. Während der Bürgerkriege zwischen 1718 und 1747 wurde die Festung zweimal von Persern erobert, die eingeladen worden waren, einem der rivalisierenden Imame zu helfen. Später wurde die Festung umfassend umgebaut.
Nur Fotostopp am Al Mirani Fort. Fort Al-Mirani ist eine Festung, die ursprünglich von den Portugiesen im Hafen der Stadt Alt-Maskat im Oman erbaut wurde.
Als nächstes folgt Muttrah Souk, wo Sie verschiedene Souvenirs finden können, und Muttrah Souk, einer der ältesten Marktplätze im Oman, der zweihundert Jahre alt ist

Our guide Hamood is warm, kind and extremely well-versed in Omani history and culture. He provided us a seamless Muscat tour; showed up early, waited patiently for us throughout, answered all our questions and remained professional & accommodating despite our tour overrunning. We took a half day tour with Saif through Muscat in the morning. We had a great time - Saif was a very knowledgable guide, very helpful, super friendly and very professional. Our guide prepared us a wonderful morning.We were not only allowed to get to know Muscat, but experienced Ottoman hospitality.So we tasted dates from our own garden and were invited to the best tea and coffee we ever had. We had a wonderful day exploring Muscat with Khalid AlRaqadi from Oman Landscape Tours. Khalid was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about each site we visited. We went to sultan qaboos grand mosque, muttrah souq, opera house and the official palace. Our tour guide Said Al kiyumi is very knowledgeable and introduce us with detailed facts about the attractions. Highly recommend.

Have had a few hours to kill so did this tour with my friends. We loved being shown around the beautiful city of Muscat by Mr Said Alkiyumi who knows the place like no other. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to avoid the summer heat and still see the best of Muscat.
