Der Winter in Island ist berühmt für seine Aurora Borealis, besser bekannt als das Nordlicht. Begeben Sie sich auf eine Nachttour, um nach dem Nordlicht zu suchen und magische Momente in den weiten Naturlandschaften Islands zu genießen. Von Reykjavik aus jagen wir das Nordlicht im Westen Islands, vorbei an der Stadt Borgarnes. Wir überwachen das Wetter jedoch genau und stellen sicher, dass wir zu den besten Orten gehen, an denen Sie mit größerer Wahrscheinlichkeit das Nordlicht sehen. Wir bei Mercury versuchen, eine einzelne Tour wie diese privat zu machen. Aber manchmal macht uns das Wetter wütend, so dass wir frühere Reisende mit aktuellen teilen müssen. Maximal 8 Personen in fahl, wenn das passiert.

Well worth booking. Andres coordinated with us in advance to make sure we had a high probability of see the lights, picked up us at our Arbnb (on time) and brought us on an amazing journeys to see the lights. He knew where to find them, and took great care of us.

Northern lights tours are going based on the weather, so two days later was a better time to do that. I am happy you chose my company and me as traveling with both of you is outstanding. Wow wow wow! From the first day I spoke to Andres I knew we would have an amazing time. I proposed under the northern lights and the communication with Andres was impeccable from start to finish. He was prompt and alerted me to change days as soon as he knew the forecast. He has sound knowledge of how to look for the lights and we were lucky to get an amazing view. He also took amazing pictures of the special moment. Andres was polite, welcoming and transparent throughout. I recommend his services!

Andres was amazing from start to finish. He planned everything carefully before the day and prepared a few options depending on the conditions, which made us feel very well looked after. This tour was especially meaningful for me because I was planning a proposal to my girlfriend. Andres was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. We went to the lighthouse, and he made sure we had the best chance to see the Aurora, and we did! It made the moment even more special and unforgettable. I really appreciate how supportive, professional, and kind he was. I highly recommend booking a private tour with him, especially if you are planning a special surprise or important moment.
On that kind of tour or northern lights tour at all am I always aware how important it is for travellers to get it. Not all of them are lucky due to weather, but you trully was. I still thinking of that night since I pull on the side road for nothing. We have been there maybe for a 10 minutes. That 10 minutes gave us that longer tour and on the way back, we caught wonderful lights. It happens often to me on all tours. For that, the tour must be flexible, without a set schedule at all. I really believe you are made for each other, and it was my honour to make a little mark in your life. Since you aren´t that far from Iceland, I really hope we will see each other again. This was truly a fantastic Northern Lights night tour! Of course, seeing the aurora depends on the weather, but our guide was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. My partner proposed to me during the trip, which made it even more unforgettable. I have to say, the guide is also an amazing photographer, thanks to him, we have beautiful photos to remember this special moment. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, we were still lucky enough to see the aurora. The proposal was such a wonderful surprise! If You need private trip with professional and kind guide this is the perfect choice! I was planning engagement and Andres was incredibly helpful and patient with all my emails and questions. He did everything he could for us to see the northern lights and make it truly special moment. He also provided photos so we will forever remember this night. Besides all of that he is just super fun and friendly person so spending time with him was truly a blast! Highly recommend and I don't think that there is a better person to go on aurora hunt with!
Thank you for this review Seaside. I am just how I am. Tourism is buisiness we need to stay who we are and not to pretend to be someone else. I always doing tour on that way and it is proved that different version, with pretensions, would lead to booking number and not human traveller. I don´t want you and other travellers to be my booking number since you and every other traveller have a name. Acording to tour. For me is most important you have seen everything I promised, since the northern lights are kind of unpredictable and in some night is it hard to get them. We booked Andres after reading some great reviews and wanting a small private tour to avoid a large bus and lots of waiting around. Tonight we were very lucky with the weather, Andres let us know we could start the tour earlier to catch some good lights so we headed out to a dark spot and we were not disappointed. Some amazing lights, we took some great pics and Andres kindly took some of us. We also stopped at a service station for snacks/coffee/bathroom break before continuing our search to some other locations, sometimes leaving the car and sometimes staying in the warm at windy areas. We had a great experience with Mercury Grail and I would highly recommend to anyone 👌 👍🏻
