Der Teppich wiegt satte 21 Tonnen und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 20.000 Gläubige. Sultan Qaboos Große Moschee ist in der Nähe, wenn es Freitag (Für Freitagsgebet) ist nur draußen für Fotostopp.
Wir fahren Sie durch die Ministerien und das Gebiet des Royal Opera House, das eine führende Kunst- und Kulturorganisation im Sultanat Oman ist. Die Vision des Opernhauses ist es, als Exzellenzzentrum für globales kulturelles Engagement zu dienen (Die Royal Opera ist an Freitagen geschlossen – Nur Fotostopp)
Bait Al Zubair ist ein Museum in der Al Saidiya Street, Old Muscat, Oman. Das Museum verfügt über eine umfangreiche Sammlung antiker Waffen, darunter Khanjar, Haushaltsgeräte und Kostüme. Außerhalb des Museums befindet sich ein omanisches Dorf und ein Souk in Originalgröße
Dieser Strand liegt in der Gegend von Al Qurm im Herzen von Maskat und erstreckt sich über eine große Fläche. Dieser Strand gilt aufgrund seiner Lage in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren und Restaurants als einer der belebtesten in Maskat, aber es wird nur ein Fotostopp sein.

Der Al Alam Palace "Palast der Flagge" ist ein Palast in Old Muscat, Oman. Es wurde von Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said als zeremonieller Palast genutzt. Eine von sechs Sultansresidenzen des Monarchen hat eine über 200-jährige Geschichte und wurde unter der Aufsicht von Imam Sultan bin Ahmed, dem 7. direkten Großvater von Sultan Qaboos, erbaut.
Nur Fotostopp am Al Jalali Fort. Das Al Jalali Fort oder Ash Sharqiyah Fort ist ein Fort im Hafen von Alt-Maskat, Oman. Die Festung wurde in den 1580er Jahren von den Portugiesen unter Philipp I. von Portugal erbaut, um den Hafen zu schützen, nachdem Maskat zweimal von osmanischen Truppen geplündert worden war. Im Jahr 1650 fiel es an omanische Streitkräfte. Während der Bürgerkriege zwischen 1718 und 1747 wurde die Festung zweimal von Persern erobert, die eingeladen worden waren, einem der rivalisierenden Imame zu helfen. Später wurde die Festung umfassend umgebaut.
Nur Fotostopp am Al Mirani Fort. Fort Al-Mirani ist eine Festung, die ursprünglich von den Portugiesen im Hafen der Stadt Alt-Maskat im Oman erbaut wurde.

Muscat is a beautiful city. This is our first day in Oman but from the experience so far. Looks like it's highly underrated. The city is beautiful, clean, peaceful good food . Our tour guide Hamood from Oman Landscapes has been good , very helpful and informative so far. He speaks very good english too. So so far so good. We are here for another 5 days. Will keep updating my experiences here.

The history and the culture of the city is so rich and beautifully explained by Hamood! You can go see the sights on your own, which are beautiful. But the guided tour gives you a much deeper appreciation for the city.

We had a wonderful Muscat city tour with our guide, Khalid. He made the experience extremely fun and engaging, and his knowledge about the city, its history, and all the landmarks was truly impressive. We had a Tour of Muscat City with Said as our tour guide. We visited the best part of the city in a relaxed manner. A perfect and pleasant way get oriented with the alluring and unusual charming city of Muscat, Oman. Said was an amazing guide. We had Saif as our guide and he was amazing in showing us Muscat and various famous spots but most importantly taking time to explain a lot of things and answering all our questions. We were fascinated by the architecture and the stories behind the buildings and would always recommend this tour over a shorter one as it will give you sufficient time to properly explore and learn about Oman and Muscat.
