I recommend personal transportation from the resort to the river. Our driver, Mike Lee, was knowledgeable and welcoming, offering comments about the island and providing a mini personal tour. He even let us grab lunch at Juicy Patty and took us to a store to buy coffee and other souvenirs. He also assured us that he would wait and be there for our return transportation. The raft area had food and beverages for purchase. The raft was great; initially, I was worried that I would have to sit too low, but the seating was comfortable, and the raft guide was so helpful to ensure safety on and off. The ride was so relaxing. Once we reached a small landing spot, we could purchase beverages, wonderful fresh fruit, and crawfish. This was one of the best rum punch spots. The foot and leg massage was relaxing and really nice. The only regret was that we purchased 2 tickets, and for some reason we had to pay again because the men would not massage my husband, so we had to pay separately for a woman to massage his feet and legs. The bamboo rafting was the perfect relaxing excursion especially for couples. Our tour guide JJ was so lit. We got to play our own music and they had great drinks he explained everything including how the limestone massage is done and the benefits. Definitely recommend booking with them only thing I wish was if the rafting was longer.

The experience time of the group was about 1 hour including massage and purchase of drinks. Of course, the raft activities were fun, and it was great to be able to flexibly change the meeting point and to be taken to a recommended jerk chicken restaurant.

Jerry was absolutely amazing — his massage and energy were the highlight of this trip. Unfortunately, the experience itself was nothing like what we paid $258 for. The entire excursion lasted less than 20 minutes even though it was advertised as a 3-hour tour, and we were told we’d only be going ¼ of the way down the river. This felt very misleading for the price and description, and we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope the company will reach out to make this right — a partial refund would be fair given what we actually received.
