Jaipur was totally new for us and From morning pick up to night drop he took care of us places ,food etc.. he explained every each of architecture and everything . He take to max places at short time and suggested a guide who was worth for the amount totally satisfied. For the whole day he charged affordable price for cab . Thank you for made our first day trip much easier
We only had one day in Jaipur, but he made it unforgettable. He showed us both the main highlights and hidden spots away from the tourist crowds, and even turned a rainy day into a great experience. Huge recommendation – and the best chai of my life!

We had an excellent experience of Jaipur tour. The driver was really kind and considerate and showed us around with all our specific requests. He also showed us nice breakfast places and other shopping areas and never took us to any tourist traps. My wife and I would definitely consider this service again.

I can't recommend this tour operator. I booked with the SUV car option which is nearly $20 more than the sedan car option. The operator had zero communication leading up to the date of the pickup and tour. They did not show up on time, 30 minutes later I had to contact Viator customer support to get the tour operator's contact info. They had some story that the driver of the SUV I had paid for had a problem (accident I think) and that the owner himself was coming to pick us up. Well he showed up over an hour late in a beat up, very small, Tata sedan. I said this isn't the car type I paid for, so he said he'd call another driver to meet us elsewhere for the tour. Well that driver had a Toyota sedan nearly the same size as the Tata. At least that one had working seat belts (the first Tata car didn't) because later he had a car crash and rear-ended another car because he was driving too aggressively. We were very fortunately not injured, but this isn't an acceptable experience, these drivers have a higher degree of responsibility with foreign tourists than they do by themselves. That driver also very very aggressively kept pushing us to visit an elephant sanctuary that I later learned charged $60 per person entry, so I'm sure he got a big commission if we agreed to go. He later tried to convince us to visit his 'cousins' shops between Amer and Jaipur to see the local handicrafts. I bluntly refused, I'm not interested and don't support that behavior. I'm still in dispute with the operator about the overcharge for the wrong car type, so this is extremely frustrating, disapointing, and stressful. I don't wish that on any other tourist visiting Jaipur. There are a million operators offering a very similar itinerary so avoid this guy like the plague. Very scammy experience.
Jaipur and Amber have so much to offer and this tour gives you the opportunity to see as much as possible with the help of a local who drives you to the best sites. Sameer was very helpful and showed us around. Car had air con so the 42C were tolerable. The score with the 1 star deduction was due to 2 reasons: maybe I understood differently but there was already an itinerary on line for the day and you could possibly add . When we started the tour we were asked about what we would like to see etc, but I couldn't remember all the names (and had no internet) , so I was struggling to fix the schedule. Again, I thought that we were sticking to the schedule on line. Another minor thing I felt it wasn't great was the fact that I felt that we were discouraged by our driver from visiting hawa mahal on the inside, while it was quite nice in reality.
