"STAY AWAY. The agency first contacted us to cancel our booking on Trip Advidor and book through them. After we did that, later when we cancelled our trip and this agency has kept our money. They are completely unresponsive and have not processed our refund as promised. Do not trust them with your bookings; Never book through them. They are dishonest and unprofessional."
Very good communication, from the pick up to the end everything fit very well, which we liked very much that the driver had a very good child seat with him for our child! as well as that was responded to wishes and we also found that there was a very good price-performance ratio. We enjoyed the tour to Teide National Park a lot. The landscape is breathtaking. Our guide Diego made it even more worthwhile. He is very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Tenerife.
