3 Stunden Bootsausflug zur Walbeobachtung ab Valle GR (La Gomera)

I drove 1.5 hours to the port to discover the trip had been cancelled 2 week ago by the operator. So I then drove back in my hire car which I had booked for the day. Tripadvisor took my payment 2 days before the trip and continued to ‘remind’ me until the night before I went. No suggestion of it not happening. Now I am asked for a review, so all I can say is that I am VERY disappointed in the mis-communication between Tripadvisor and the operator.

The exit was delayed by several days because there were not enough people. We haven’t seen a whale but quite a few dolphins. On the way back we met a shark fin and a turtle. No one wanted to swim so we went along the coast on the way back. The outbound trip to meet the dolphins could be faster, but it's still a nice outing

We booked this tour as I get seasick, and the bigger boat was meant to be more comfortable and better for me. Also pictures of people sunbathing on deck looked great. But the tour was actually on a tiny boat with plastic seats. The boat rocked in the waves and was uncomfortable. Canapés and drinks were on the itinerary- they were a biscuit and a bottle of water. So definitely not as described!! Not by a long way!! We paid £76 and drove 1.5 hours to get there and it was not worth it. Staff were friendly however. I have requested a refund.

The trip was cancelled due to bad weather and we were informed neatly on time but we get no response about the refund of our money.. Let's just hope this works out.

We booked an excursion with this company on December 30 after consulting their website, which promised a large, comfortable boat with space to move around (important to us, as we were accompanied by two children), as well as a local and fresh meal including tropical fruits, artisan cheeses and Canary wines. The photos and description were very enticing. Yet the reality was completely different: We were placed on a small crowded boat, with no room to move, closer to a floating bus than a pleasant cruise. The promised meal was reduced to a little water and a biscuit. – When we expressed our dissatisfaction, it was explained to us that the ‘real’ boat was broken down, but no compensation or reduction was offered. We contacted the company afterwards, but they refused to acknowledge the problem or refund us, even partially. This is not an honest business practice. Avoid if you expect the experience described on their website.

Great boat, great crew, wonderful time. Well worth the money. You should make more of the flying fish. They are also unbelievable.

Great field trip. Depending on nature of course! 2nd time this excursion done. Crew very friendly and attentive with drinks and tapas. Dolphins swam next to the boat, we also saw flying fish. Highly recommended.

Super organized. Sightings of whales and dolphins. We liked it very, very much. Would definitely book again.

Super recommended! Excellent treatment from the sailors, you will excuse me that I do not remember their names, one Italian gentleman and the other natural gentleman of the gomera, both very willing to answer our questions, we learned a lot about the dolphins and talking.. much more about the Gomera and his lifestyle... always attentive with everyone. I went with my two children and the three of us brought back very nice memories of the experience. Thank you so much!!
