A great experience with a very knowledgeable tour guide. Plenty of time at each spot to enjoy the shopping and scenery.
The glass blowing on Murano was fascinating and it will be fun to have a piece that was created at this world famous site. They shipped it free and insured. The boat trip was interesting because you could see the way the land might have looked before the islands were developed into the sophisticated city of canals and walkways that for a time was the center of world trade. Our guide was knowledgeable, personable, and very proud of her home region of Venice and its historical significance The island of Burano is colorful and quaint but the lace making would probably appeal more to crafters.

It was amazing to see the glass-blowing on Murano, as well as all of the fantastic pieces. My husband and I will definitely be back to buy a piece! Also, the vibrant colors, sweets, and silk threading on Burano were incredible to see and take pictures with! Sara was the best guide, providing great history about each place in English and in Spanish. She was able to help with all questions without issues.

Very easy to find meeting place with directions, guide explained the procedures for the tour, very informative the entire trip. Her English was very good, much better than our Italian. Would recommend this tour as way to see something different.
