Very nice areas. Boat no ventilation downstairs and upstairs no shade and tour leaders were advising not to stay up on boat due to heat and possible sunstroke. So lower part was crowded and with no ventilation. One of the english tours leaders was struggling to express himself in English. Pity as areas are really nice
Our tour today was great and very informative. Our guide especially made the trip extra enjoyable. He explained everything we saw in great detail and was very knowledgeable. I was able to learn a lot of new information about both Venice and Murano and Burano. It was a great tour!

The tour was excellent, each island had something to provide and did not feel rushed. The tour guide was also really nice and caring, providing interesting facts about Venice on our way to each island.
This was such a lovely experience with a reasonable fee. There was enough time to enjoy the glass blowing in murano, lace making and Delicious biscuits in Burano with plenty of time to explore and take pictures. Beautiful atmosphere and scenery with amazing tour guide staff for our 1100 tour.
Great trip, well organized, very goog guide.
Unfortunately, the radio didn’t work well. It kept cutting off. Also, the charming guide kept saying g ‘sorry and ummm’ so it staggered the information which I could not continue listening to. Great to see the glass blowing and brief lace making. Would be a good idea for the guide to hold up a plaque with the return time. There was much confusion about this because some people could not listen to the information. Maybe a pre recorded clear voice with key facts is enough. The views speak for themselves. Thank you.
Nice experience. We got the food and wine add on, which ended up being bread with different toppings (2 per person) and a glass of Prosecco. Was not enough for lunch and we had to find another restaurant to eat more. Not worth what we paid.
Elizabeth our guide was enthusiastic and friendly. It was a very hot day and she did well to make sure we were all comfortable. The tour was a great intro to Murano and Burano. A good balance of group time and free time. The glass blowers are amazing,
