We did an 8 hr trip and it was great! However, due to the windy conditions we weren't able to snorkel. Other than that everything else was good.
Me and the boys rented a boat for four hours. Really had a great time!! It appeared through the mangroves, then went out into the most beautiful and beloved sea, anchored there overlooking the hotels in the most turquoise and beautiful place! There, the team threw us a special carpet on which to lie on the water, and we just chatted and chatted with friends in this crazy beautiful water! I really liked the yacht itself - in chic condition, everything new, clean, neat - and the crew of the yacht - caring, served us drinks directly in the water, very nice guys. And it's clearly on schedule! And there's parking. We'd love to use this company again if we rented a yacht. Oh, and at the end we saw turtles! Right out to sea! Beauty!!

We had a terrific time. From booking to returning back everything was seamless. Crew of three attended to our every need and showed extreme patience with our weaker swimmer. They were flexible and adjusted to what we wanted. One word of advice, bring pesos for lunch as the restaurant does not accept credit cards. Crew went and got our lunch and we ate on board. A perfect day!
We chartered a 55’ yacht with a crew of three for a six-hour excursion, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The booking process was seamless, and their communication and follow-up in the days leading up to our trip were excellent. The crew was incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout the day. They were happy to take us wherever we wanted to go and allowed us to set the pace and decide how much time to spend at each location. We brought along wine, beer, and snacks, and the crew even provided plastic stemmed wine glasses for us to use. Water and soft drinks were included as well (though only non-diet, non-caffeinated options were available). One helpful tip: bring pesos if you plan to purchase lunch on Isla Mujeres.
