Peking Private Tour : Mutianyu / Badaling Great Wall und Panda House

The tour was fantastic! We were picked up right on time from our hotel, and both the driver and our guide had thoughtfully prepared drinks and snacks for us in the car, which was a lovely touch. Everything was really well organised, and we enjoyed all of the activities. Optional add-on activities were suggested, but they weren’t pushed, which we appreciated. Sherry was a wonderful guide and even waited in line for the Mutianyu toboggan while we explored, which saved us a lot of time and meant we didn’t have to spend ages queuing. It made a big difference, especially during the summer heat. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Beijing.

Traveled with the family in late June. You need to be in pretty good physical condition for this tour as the terrain here is fairly steep. Cindy our guide was great in navigating us. The kids enjoyed the toboggan ride down the wall after the climb. The panda experience was sort of a miss because when we arrived only two of the pandas were available to be seen, the other ones were asleep. Since we were in a private group, we asked for the non-buffet lunch and Cindy brought us to a local restaurant to try traditional dishes to the area which I would highly recommend.

Seeing the pandas was unforgettable, and visiting the Great Wall was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were also treated to bonus stops at a traditional tea ceremony and a jade factory, which made the day even more special. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. This was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly!

May Liu was our guide and she’s so amazing!! She made sure we are well fed, hydrated, took our time on the tour and excellent customer service!! It was a long tour but we had private car to pick my group up, no rush on lunch or bathroom breaks, May even helped us take pictures. It was An amazing experience.

Great time visiting the pandas and Great Wall with Lilly would highly recommend

We had an amazing experience visiting the Great Wall and seeing the pandas! Ranee was a fantastic guide. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and full of interesting historical information that made the tour even more memorable. She was also incredibly accommodating of my food allergy, which I greatly appreciated. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and thanks to Ranee, it exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back to China!

We had Mrs. Sherry as a toue guide. She was fantastic. Gave us a lot of information about the country and lifestyle of chinese people. She was very professional and made to gain us time by planning good the itinerary.

Wonderful visit to the Great Wall and Panda House with an informative stop at an amazing tea house. Saw some playful pandas in the morning before heading for an introduction to the tea culture and some delicious teas. After an exhilarating ride up to the top of the Great Wall we learned about its history as we strolled between the towers. Topped off by a delicious lunch, throughout the trip Sherry shared lots of history and insight into China. On the way back Sherry was kind enough to help us reserve tickets for our next day’s sightseeing. All in all, a wonderful day enjoyed by young and old alike. Thank you Sherry.

I recently booked a tour to the Great Wall of China with Mai, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip. From start to finish, Mai was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
