Paracas ganzer Tag: Islas Ballestas, Nationalpark und Sandboarden in Paracas

I cannot recommend strongly enough that folks find another company to handle this trip. Pisco takes your money and subcontracts out the yours. Our “full day” tour was actually 3 hours of activity punctuated with many hours of sitting. Around and waiting. The boat was 1 not 2 hours, as was the buggy tour. They kept us waiting 1.5 hours between the boat and buggy tour though the buggy operator was only across the street and could have started at any time. One of our buggies broke down and we were left to sit on the side of the road for about 40 minutes waiting for them to figure out that they needed a new buggy. They also did not provide clearly needed safety glasses and the buggy “guide” rushed out through, proving no commentary. After having been told we’d have to wait another 2 hours before leaving for sandboarding we cut our losses and gave up. Don’t make our mistake and waste precious time - find another more responsible tour operator.

Me and my wife had a wonderful time tackling almost all the sights and experiences one can enjoy in Paracas. Steffi organized everything wonderfully and communication of where to go and what to do between activities was clear. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is willing to complete many activities in one day! Side Note: Convert your cash to soles. It costs 2 soles to use the bathroom at the park.

We very much enjoyed our day trip organized by Steffi. The Islands and nature reserve were awesome. The fresh seafood in the park was great and we never felt rushed by any of the guides plus their English was very good. The dune buggy was... insane in an awesome way. We (3) loaded up with two more guests and were off. Luis took us on the ride of our lives and we were airborne several times throughout the ride and the dune-boarding was also a blast! It's hard to pick one highlight but it was a great full day (met by initial driver at 0800 back to hotel by 1800).
