Die Tour zu den Ballestas-Inseln beginnt am Handwerks- und Touristendock von El Chaco. Wir besteigen unser Boot mit 02 Außenbordmotoren, das uns zu den wunderschönen Ballestas-Inseln bringt, dem wichtigsten Naturschutzgebiet an der peruanischen Küste, wo wir Seelöwen, alberne Vögel, Pelikane, Pinguine und andere Seevögel beobachten werden. Das Highlight der Tour zu den Ballestas-Inseln sind definitiv die Seelöwen oder Seelöwen, die durch ihr neugieriges Verhalten alle Blicke auf sich ziehen (sie schlafen, „posieren für die Kameras“, oder knüpfen einfach Kontakte und leben ohne Probleme, da sie die Spitze der Insel besetzen Nahrungskette im Gebiet ohne natürliche Feinde).

Wir halten nach 10 Minuten Fahrt an, um einen nördlichen Punkt der Halbinsel Paracas sorgfältig zu schätzen. Wo Sie den Kronleuchter betrachten, fotografieren und filmen können, wo der Reiseleiter kurz die Maße, Materialien aus der Umgebung und deren mögliche Herkunft erklärt.
Die Navigation geht weiter und nach ungefähr 15 Minuten vom Kronleuchter erreichen Sie die Ballestas-Inseln, wo Sie 30 Minuten Zeit haben, um dank der Humboldt-Strömung und des Auftriebsphänomens sowie anderer Faktoren wie Sonne und Wind eine große Artenvielfalt zu schätzen. Liebhaber der Vogelbeobachtung finden eine große Anzahl davon, darunter: Möwen, Tölpel, Kormorane, Pelikane, Geier und Humboldt-Pinguine. Krustentiere, Stachelhäuter, Mollusken, Algen und andere werden ebenfalls zu sehen sein. Definitiv das Highlight der Ballestas Islands Tour sind die Seelöwen, die durch ihr neugieriges Verhalten (sie schlafen, "posieren für die Kameras") alle Blicke auf sich ziehen, oder einfach nur Kontakte knüpfen und ohne Probleme leben, weil sie die Spitze der Nahrungskette im Meer einnehmen Gebiet ohne natürliche Fressfeinde). Die Rückkehr von etwa 40 Minuten Navigation wird entspannend und das Genießen der Meeresbrise ist ein natürlicher Anti-Stress.

I really recommend this company! Communication was great. They picked us up from the bus station. We could store our luggage at the office for the time of the trip which was really helpful. The trip itself was great. Our guide Marco was so nice! He explained a lot and was also funny. Also the captain let everybody see the animals from both sides. We were in the boat with circa 40 people. 20 on each side. Sunglasses and wind jackets come in handy. We had to pay for entering the national park to Islas Ballestas. It would have been nice to have an option to pay for both national parks - Paracas national park and Islas Ballestas national park. It’s cheaper and when we went for a tour later we had to pay again. We saw 2-3 penguins and it was a success because July is not their season. We also saw many sea lions (with babies too) and tons of birds. The overall experience was great. Perfect way to start the day in Paracas.
It was a great tour and we saw impressive animals. Unfortunately only two penguins. The tour guide (Riccardo) was very nice and gave us a lot of information.

Both the captain Roger and the tour guide Ricardo did an amazing job guiding us through the experience, explaining the details of the islands and also spotting the penguins and sea lions. Had a great time and an unforgettable experience.

Incredible tour. Ricardo is a true expert and he described the islands and wildlife to such a depth that we also learned about climate change and how Paracas and the Ballestas impact the Peruvian economy. This is a very unique experience and with Ricardo’s master class and the captain ‘Caballo’’s navigation around the islands, we leave with great knowledge and memories.

Our boat excursion was part of a two-day tour. Everything was organized perfectly and our guide on the boat, Riccardo, was fantastic!!! We saw so many anomalies belonging to the Peruvian ecosystem! Highly recommended.
