Dry Pamukale with very low watter, all place is drying because of not enough watter. All pools are dry, only by the road a few pools have watter. They will destroy this beautiful place. Been there a few days ago, very disapointed. The bar near the pool is very dirty, the peaple that work there didnt clan the tables outside ?? Why ?? Rally very sad experiance.

Pamukkale is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its natural travertine formations are subject to seasonal and environmental conditions, as well as strict conservation measures. Water flow in certain pools is intentionally controlled by the authorities to help preserve the site for future generations. Because of this, the appearance of the terraces can vary depending on the time of visit and natural conditions. Regarding your comments about cleanliness at the café area, this is not managed by our tour operation, but we will still pass your observation on to the relevant local authorities as guest feedback is always important. We understand your disappointment, especially when expectations are high for such a unique location. However, we hope the historical significance of Hierapolis and the overall natural landscape still offered some memorable moments during your visit. Thank you again for your review. We enjoyed the entire tour. From an on-time pickup to an energized and interesting tour guide. I would like to mention that the driver was very good considering where we traveled. We felt comfortable the entire trip. Our guide was very thoughtful and helped everyone get to where they needed to go and gave everyone options during the day. It was quite a remarkable juggling job he did during the entire trip. Two thumbs-up!

It took about three hours from Antalya to Paphos Calle Hierapolis, but it was comfortable to take the bus. The toilet was also used in the mid-middle resort, and the destination of Hierapolis was also very good in its vast and historic space. The limestone was also fresh and a very good experience.

The trip was very well organised and everything was on time. The tour guide Merve was amazing. She had a great command of the English language and took time to explain a lot of the history whilst we drove, as well as when we were at the venues. We also had a lot of time to explore on our own. The transportation was well planned and very prompt. The friendliness of the team was wonderful. My daughter dropped her phone on the bus and this was returned to the hotel the next evening. This service exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend if you want to have a small group experience, with a lot of time taken to make the experience special and with a provider with integrity.

Excellent tour from Antalya to Pamukkale. Well planned and arranged. The tour guide was very friendly and gave comprehensive details including history and significance of each attraction.
