We had a lovely experience for this tour. A visit to 2 waterfalls, the boat ride, old town and a delicious lunch were the highlights of the tour. Our tour guide, Ibrahim, was instrumental in making this tour enjoyable. His knowledge and personable personality made this experience a great one. Thank you Ibrahim.

The AC in the van did not work. Our tour was ended early due to the inability of traveling in the van. Half the group left before the boat ride, another family ordered a taxi to take them home due to the heat and health risk in the van and the tour ended without any portion of the city tour. The company lied about the situation, I have proof for all of it. Do NOT book with this company or with TripAdvisor. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Even with proof that the tour company lied TripAdvisor has refused a refund or even a partial refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! DO NOT BOOK WITH TRIP ADVISOR, they do not care about you, as a customer, nor do they care that they work with companies that blatantly lie.

We visited as a family of four and had a wonderful time on the Antalya City Tour. Everything was well organized, and the Old Town, waterfalls, and boat trip were all beautiful. A special thank you to our guide, İnci. She was extremely professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We give İnci 5 stars for making our day so enjoyable! The transportation was comfortable, and the pick-up and drop-off service was excellent. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Antalya!!

If you're travelling with young children, especially toddlers and a stroller, I would strongly advise against booking this tour. We booked for 2 adults, a 4-year-old and a nearly 2-year-old, and honestly it ended up being one of the most exhausting days of our holiday. The tour is advertised as 7-8 hours, but we were picked up at 9am and didn't get back until around 7pm. A huge amount of that time was spent on the bus. By the time all the hotel pickups were done, it took around 1 hour 15 minutes just to reach the first stop. The sea waterfalls were beautiful, but after all that travelling we only had around 20 minutes there before being told to head back to the coach. The Upper Düden Waterfalls were even more frustrating. We had a stroller and there were stairs, cobbles and uneven paths everywhere. Trying to push a pram around in the heat was a nightmare. We were only given around 30 minutes there too. By this point it was around lunchtime and we were starving. So were the kids. Instead of taking us for lunch, we were driven to a jewellery shop and spent what felt like forever there while staff tried to sell expensive jewellery. This was probably the lowest point of the day for me. We didn't come to Antalya to spend our holiday being marched around a jewellery store. Lunch eventually arrived and the food itself was nice enough, but the portions were tiny. We ended up ordering extra sides and drinks, which added another €20 to the bill. The restaurant was right by the roadside, there was no air conditioning, and my son was desperately trying to nap in his stroller in the heat. The Old Town was where things really fell apart for us as a family. Our son had completely had enough by then. There were steep hills, cobbled streets and lots of walking. He couldn't nap properly because we were constantly moving from one place to another. We struggled to find anywhere suitable to change his nappy and felt like we were constantly trying to keep up with the group. The boat ride was genuinely the highlight of the day. It was nice to finally sit down, enjoy the breeze and take in the views. If the whole day had been more like that, this review would be very different. Unfortunately, when we got back from the boat, the lift wasn't working. That meant carrying my toddler and his stroller up what felt like endless stairs just to get back up to street level. By that stage I was completely fed up. To be fair, the guide was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. My issue isn't with him personally. My issue is with the tour itself. Too much time on a bus, too little time at the actual attractions, unnecessary shopping stops, and an itinerary that is absolutely not suited to families with young children. The description says most travellers can participate. Based on our experience, I don't think that's true if you have toddlers or a stroller. I genuinely wish we'd skipped this tour, arranged our own trip to the sea waterfalls and booked a separate boat ride instead. Parents of young children: learn from my mistake and give this one a miss.

Great guide and driver. Confusion about payment of aerial skylift and boat. Difficult yo pay by credit card. Had to pay about 90 Euros in Turkish currency / cash. Would have preferred to pay directly with a credit card. Also tour said pick up at 8:30. Was changed to 7:20 which was early. However great your. Excellent guide and driver. Enjoyed our day.

1. There was no air conditioning in the van, the tour guide said that it was because we were wearing black clothing. He proceeded to ride in the passenger seat with the window down but the other windows did not open. They should have changed out the van. No water was given/ offered. 2. The van was old, dirty, and in ill repair on top of no A/C. 3. There was a whole out of the way time wasting diversion to a very expensive jewelry showroom called “Sky Diamonds.” Especially given that we had no air conditioning and that this was an out of the way location, it should have been skipped. 4. The guide gave a brief talk on the general history of the area but nothing specific. 5. We were picked up snd dropped off on time. We did go to the stops advertised and the best of those was the boat ride. 6. When going to the restaurant, keep in mind that the drinks are not included- $11 for 2 waters and 2 Cokes. Definitely bring your own water ss none is provided and the places are overpriced.

Thoroughly enjoyable day with a great guide (Ertan). Well paced and engaging. Ertan has a great sense of humour. Enjoyed the boat trip and the wander through the old town of Antalya. The Gondola was enjoyable but weather played its part and obscured the view :-).

We had an amazing day tour in Antalya with our guide, Melo! From the very beginning, Melo was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. She made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The boat tour was absolutely fantastic, with stunning views of Antalya’s beautiful coastline and crystal-clear waters. We had an incredible day touring the city of antalya, had plenty of time to take pics, we were lucky to have (Melo) as our tour guide, she was the kindest and sweetest tourguide I’ve ever met in my life, she explained everything to us and did her best so we can have our boat trip since the weather was rainy and didn’t help, she even brought extra umbrellas for us 🥹 a great tour overall, we highly recommend it
