My family and I visited Pai Pai Park and was very impressed with the complex. My Grandson's pet the young Lyons and we have amazing videos of that experience. I highly recommend visiting this Animal Park. Thank you

This was a fun park for the kids, but super pricey. We bought 2 Total Experience pkgs because you had to have an adult escort my young nephew and 4 adult park passes for about $315 total. Most of the experiences included in the Total pkg lasted only a few minutes and were hardly worth the upcharge, but the nephew had fun. Few of the experiences we missed because the park person running the timed experiences didn't show up on time. That was disappointing. Seemed like it was a constant upsell to do the full park experience. If you did it all, the price would exceed Disney park prices, and it definitely wasn't Disneyland. So overall the youngest had a great time. The rest of us just tagged along to ensure the youngest had fun. Doubt I would ever go back.

We've been on a few cruises to Ensenada and on each of them, we've been on excursions through the cruise line. We never thought we'd feel comfortable doing it any other way, until I started reading about "Ensenada Excursions" and saw the wonderful reviews they had. So...after we booked our recent cruise to Ensenada, I looked them up again and still saw how awesome the reviews are and decided to book with them. I also love how they offer a "return to ship" guarantee! Booking was simple and they were very responsive with my questions. On excursion day, Chuy met us and took us to PaiPai, which I absolutely loved! The grounds are gorgeous and so are the animals! Chuy was friendly, helpful and nice as we drove around the town after PaiPai on our way to "Ensenada Massage". We had a couples massage and even though they were running late when we arrived, they were transparent about it and accommodated us nicely and without us asking for anything. Chuy waited for us, as promised and afterwards took us to get some delicious, fresh churros and dropped us off to shop and walk the short distance back to the ship. It was a wonderful day and "Ensenada Excursions" did everything they promised and at a much lower price than the cruise line offered. The cruise line also didn't offer a "PaiPai" OR massage excursion, so it was a total win! I'd definitely take an excursion with them again and totally recommend that you do, too!

We had a wonderful experience with Juan Carlos as our guide! He was very accommodating and even had a booster seat ready for our toddler. He got out with us at Pai Pai to help purchase our tickets, and when we went to the market he gave us a delicious taco recommendation.

Very EXPENSIVE for what you get! Our driver was fantastic and very friendly. He took good care of us. While at Pai Pai I decided to buy a bowl of carrots to feed the Giraffs. Then was told it was only allowed for one in our group per bowl to feed the giraffs. How ridiculous when we just paid the money we did to get into the place. Don’t waste your money. We spent $400 for a basic zoo trip. Granite you don’t get to pet a baby Jaguar at a regular zoo.

This was our favorite shore excursion by far! Our driver Abraham was wonderful! Pai Pai was absolutely beautiful. The grounds are meticulously kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But the animals are the real gem! We paid for the extra experiences with the kangaroos, the monkeys and the baby jaguars. My son couldn’t stop saying thank you. He loved it! We paid for the zipline which was super fun too. One of the best things about this place is how quiet and peaceful it is. After being on a cruise ship with crowds and sensory overload, this was the perfect escape. Sometimes it felt like we were the only people there, with the staff. It was so nice!

This was exactly what we needed for our day in Ensenada! Our driver Abraham met us on time and the directions where to meet were very thorough! He took us in a clean air conditioned van to Pai Pai where we purchased our desired experiences. It was a fantastic time!! Abraham waited for us and then took us to an amazing local taco stop on our way back to the ship! I would definitely use their services again!
