We had the best experience touring Ensenada with Eric as our tour guide. Our cruise ship had to make an emergency stop which resulted in our port days changing, and Eric was able to switch our tour to a different day with no problems. He was waiting for us just outside of the cruise terminal and his vehicle was clean and spotless and fully air conditioned which felt great to ride in. Eric taught us all about important facts of Ensenada and cool stories about the city. We did Mexico trivia and fun facts and learned a lot during our ride to each location. The zip line tour was our families favorite activity of the entire week and shopping at the La Bufadora was great. We were very grateful that Eric walked the entire shopping area with us and gave us tips on how to shop and what to taste. But what I liked most (as a mom) was he kept an eye on where each of my kids were at and made sure we were all taken care of. Finishing off our day we stopped at a yummy restaurant. It was the best day and I was grateful to not have to worry about any of it. Eric took care of it all and was super fun to talk to. I would 100% recommend this activity for your family. And don’t forget to grab an ice cream at the bottom of the zip line! It was also a highlight of the day. So good!

Great Ensenada Adventure! Fun Ziplining, Helpful Local Guide & On-Time Return Meeting & Cruise Logistics: Meeting our guide was smooth and seamless. Note for cruisers: you need to walk past the main port security checkpoints to the outer area where outside tours wait. Our guide messaged us directly and was easy to spot with a company sign. Best of all, he kept our ship's departure time top of mind, managed our time at the blow hole perfectly, and got us back to the dock with plenty of time to spare. The Zipline Experience: The ziplining course was super fun! The team was highly professional and double-checked every safety line, which was very reassuring. They also had clean restrooms. Just be aware: the course includes a lot of walking across suspended rope bridges, which might be a bit nerve-wracking if you're afraid of heights. Blow Hole & Local Sightseeing: Our guide was smart, fun, genuine, and rich with local knowledge. He gave us fantastic tips on how to handle the bustling vendor area at the blow hole, how to barter, and recommended amazing local drinks and tacos. Constructive Tip for Future Guests: It was very hot during our mid-summer trip, and our van did not have working AC, which made the ride back uncomfortable. We would definitely do this excursion again, but we would recommend double-checking on AC beforehand if traveling during hot months! Overall, a great adventure with a top-notch guide, Eric. Highly recommend!

Fernando was a wonderful tour guide! He is so knowledgeable and friendly. Fernando helped us navigate the best parts of Ensenada on a tight schedule, as we had one day with our cruise. We started with ziplining, then one of the world's only marine geysers, finished with authentic shrimp and fish tacos at a local taco stand. It was a great day. He was also flexible, spending more or less time at different areas depending on our family's interests. We would highly recommend this tour!

Lucie is so so Nice and activities are so fun and incredible ! You won’t regret it ! It’s a chance to have a car just for your group, there were two of us, and we had a car all to ourselves.

The tour was amazing! Thrilling zip lining, La bufadora blowhole, Mexican flea market, and authentic food! Highly recommend; definitely book if you’re reading this! We had such a great time with our charming tour guide Eric. We got back with time to spare with no complications! He accompanied us on an authentic Ensenada experience. He took us to local restaurants and gave us real friend advice rather than tourism propaganda advice as we went through the busy market. He was very knowledgeable about the history and it was interesting learning about the area and buildings. He left our group to explore by ourselves and we don’t feel rushed at all. Eric was a very pleasant guide to spend the day with. He spoke highly of the rest of his tour guide team that works for the company so go book with them! It’s worth it!
