Óbidos liegt im Herzen der westlichen Region. Zwischen den Bergen und dem Meer liegt einer der begehrtesten Orte in Zentralportugal und heute schlagen wir Ihnen alles vor, was Sie in Óbidos besuchen können. Die Stadt Óbidos ist römischen Ursprungs und leitet sich vom lateinischen opiddum ab, was „befestigte Stadt“ bedeutet. Später wurde es von westgotischen und muslimischen Völkern besetzt und 1148 vom ersten König Portugals, D. Afonso Henriques, zurückerobert. An seinen Mauern sind noch einige Spuren der alten Menschen zu erkennen, die sich hier ganz oben auf dem Hügel niederließen, wo Sie sich befinden Von einer Seite aus kann man die Lagune von Óbidos und auf der anderen Seite das Usseira-Aquädukt sehen. Die rechte Straße von Óbidos führt uns von Porta da Vila zum Schloss. Die Gebäude, die wir finden, bewahren die Identität von Óbidos, das als eine der am besten erhaltenen mittelalterlichen Städte der Welt gilt. Die verschiedenen Farben der Häuser in Vila de Óbidos sind Gelb, Blau, Rot und Grau. Hier passiert alles. Und hier empfehlen wir Ihnen, den Charme dieses Dorfes zu entdecken.
Nazaré ist ein ganz besonderer Ort, an dem Tradition und Moderne zusammenkommen und die Besucher zum Verlieben bringen. Nazaré liegt an der zentralen Küste Portugals, 100 km nördlich von Lissabon und 230 km südlich von Porto, mit hervorragender Erreichbarkeit, gutem Wetter und gastfreundlichen Menschen und bietet alles für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Der Leuchtturm von Nazaré ist ein portugiesischer Leuchtturm im Fort von São Miguel Arcanjo, Nazaré, Region West. Es handelt sich um eine runde, leuchtend rote Eisenlaterne mit einem Dienstbalkon, die an der Mauer der Festung montiert ist. Das Licht ist für zwei Sekunden an und für eine Sekunde aus.

This was a wonderful taste of both areas in Lisbon. Such lovely towns that should not be missed. We had a very small group, only us and another couple (who were great). Our driver/guide, John, couldn’t have sweeter, more accommodating, or knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Highly recommend this!!!!
Van was comfortable and travel was easy, however, felt like we paid for travel. There was not much involvement from guide after drop off at towns.

Wow, wow, wow…what a delightful experience! Like I time-traveled back to the 8th century of medieval times. Our tour guide John is phenomenal. Excellent pre-trip communication. This tour to Nazaré and Óbidos exceeded all expectations. Our guide, John (João), was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. It ended up being just my partner and me, which made it feel like a private tour—he customized the day to our pace and interests, which made a huge difference. Both Nazaré and Óbidos were absolutely stunning, each with its own charm and beauty. The only minor downside was missing the season for the famous 100-foot waves in Nazaré—but honestly, everything else about the day more than made up for it.
