Unsere Tour besucht zwei lokale Märkte zu Ihrer Freude : Mercado 20 de Noviembre und Mercado Benito Juárez, bevor Sie zum Zócalo gehen, einem charmanten Platz voller Geschichte, atemberaubender Architektur und Kultur. Willkommen an unserem Ausgangspunkt! Hier stellt sich unser Guide vor und gibt einen spannenden Überblick über die gesamte kulinarische Tour.
Beginnen Sie eine köstliche Reise, während wir unsere ersten Häppchen genießen und mehr über die Märkte in Oaxaca erfahren! Unsere kulinarische Reise beginnt mit zwei fantastischen Häppchen im berühmten Mercado 20 de Noviembre in Oaxaca: einem herzhaften und einem süßen. Wir gönnen uns ein klassisches mexikanisches Gericht, das für seine reiche Geschichte bekannt und in dieser Stadt einzigartig ist: unser spezielles Mole Negro, das zusammen mit einem anderen besonderen Mole aus Oaxaca genossen werden kann; dann Chili Relleno und mehr!
Anschließend schlendern wir durch den Mercado Juarez, wo es noch eine Runde köstlicher Häppchen gibt: ein Quesillo und einen süßen lokalen Snack!
Entdecken Sie das Zocalo und wir sorgen dafür, dass jeder dort unser prähispanisches Getränk schlechthin, Tejate, zusammen mit süßem Pan de Yema genießt!
Wir erkunden eine der belebten Einkaufszonen im historischen Zentrum und entdecken die Orte, an denen die Einheimischen gerne ihre Zeit verbringen. Und genau hier besuchen wir eine schöne Terrasse und holen uns noch mehr Essen! Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang durch eine andere Straße landen wir dann wieder hier und betreten unser geheimes Ziel für Feinschmecker!

Absolutely fantastic food tour. Great variety and more than ample food! Would highly recommend the alcohol add on if that’s your thing. Armando was really informative and funny throughout, answering lots of tangential questions too. Highly recommend.

Kicked off our 5-day family vacation in Oaxaca with Ricardo leading our food tour. Yummy tour! We got to try many things we wouldn’t have had if we were on our own. Armando did a great job explaining everything to us and also giving us time to enjoy the food. We had a mix of market food, chocolate and a few items from nicer restaurants. Highly recommend!
