Had an amazing time on our tour! Stephanie was a great tour guide and very insightful about all of the places we visited. She went out of her way to make sure everyone on the tour was having a good time. The tour was very diverse, there’s something for everyone. Historical sights, cultural & gastronomical experiences, outdoor activities, and a mezcal distillery tour and tasting to end. Don’t be afraid of the long tour time! At each stop there were plenty of opportunities to find water, a snack, or a toilet! Overall, a great well-rounded tour! We had so much fun!
Incredible tour!! We had a great time and it was very entertaining!! The best part was our guide, Andrea, a 10/10!!!
An absolute must-do when visiting Oaxaca! The itinerary is packed with amazing sights. And then there was our guide, Estefany. Phenomenal, super knowledgeable, and super friendly. She made sure everyone had an amazing time from start to finish with her positive energy and great vibe. Five stars all around! Hierve el Agua: A giant speleothem-like calcified tower. At the top, you can swim in natural pools, and/or you can walk a circular path to the bottom of the tower and up again. The Tule Tree: A fascinatingly broad taxodium tree. A must-see even if you are not a dendroenthusiast. The rug workshop: Where you can see a family workshop, get insights into which dyes are used, and learn the technique of rug-making. Mitla: A fascinating archaeological site of the place that served as the main religious and spiritual center for the Zapotec civilization. There is also a stop for an optional lunch where you can taste many typical Oaxacan dishes. Mezcal distillery: At the end, you finish with a mezcal distillery visit where they explain the production from the plant to the bottle, and conclude the visit by tasting all the mezcales you learned about during the presentation.
Adriel is a wonderful guide! It is a full-day tour but it is worth it. Adriel tells super interesting things and is very attentive at all times. The buffet was very delicious and the mezcal tasting with Santiago was very funny. Recommended for your days in Oaxaca
Kevin was a great tour guide! Very full (but not too taxing or difficult) day tour! Definitely recommend and not surprised it’s the top rated one of these for Oaxaca.
We really enjoyed the trip: also because of Miguel, the excellent guide. alle worked out in a nice way
We had a great experience and learned a lot about the history of the places we visited from our guide. It was a long day with kids, but there were breaks at just the right times. Ending the day with mezcal tasting was perfect. I would definitely recommend.
This was one of the best experiences we've had in Mexico so far. We were lucky enough to have the best guide ever: Stef. Anyone who has the chance to spend the day with her is in for a truly unforgettable experience. Even though we all still had sleepy eyes early in the morning, she brought such a wonderful energy from the very first moment. Throughout the day, she taught us a lot: from the Aztec calendar and the Tule Tree to nahuales and Hierve el Agua. Her passion, knowledge, and storytelling made every stop come alive. ¡Muchísimas gracias, Stef, for the magical day. It was an experience we'll carry in our hearts forever ❤️
Adriel did an AMAZING job with our group!! He was very attentive and had so mic knowledge to share about each place. At every stop and along the way he kept asking if anyone had questions or if we needed anything. The rides to each place felt so short due to his way of connecting with everyone. Amazing job Adriel! Thank you for the experience!!
Excellent experience. Kevin our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. I loved experiencing his pride and joy for Oaxaca. He did an excellent job balancing translating simultaneously every fact he shared . Our driver was great too. He was safe and obliged with our music requests. This is a great tour to book if you have 4 days or less and want to see a lot. It’ll be a little quick but it’s worth experiencing alot in a day to let you decided afterwards where you would want to visit again with more time invested.
