Ivar was a knowledgeable guide who knew the best places to view the Lights. He was also good at keeping us all safe in the dark.

We had to wait a little and search some for the lights but when they came it was breathtaking. We wouldn’t have been able to find them without Ivar and Trinne. Ivar also shares his photographs after the trip which are in themselves worth so much. The whole tour was well worth the money!

Loved everything about this experience. We were hesitant to book due to it being early in the season and I’m so grateful we did! Our tour guides, Ivar and Trine, were amazing and did everything to ensure we had the best experience possible. They truly went above and beyond to provide a unique and tailored experience for their group. We loved the small group experience and getting to share stories, pictures, and laughs with other travelers from all over. Glad we did this because It really is once in a lifetime a lifetime to see the northern lights dancing! My advice to you- book the experience and set your phone down. Pictures will never do the experience justice. Ps: Ivar takes pictures and emails them after :)

Ivar is amazing!!. He knows the spots for Aurora hunts and planned the trip before. You would not be regret if being with him as he will teach you how to use the camera, train you to take photos of starry skies and take photos for you when the Aurora appears.

The organization was excellent and the guide was very friendly, competent, and dedicated. We received a lot of interesting information about the northern lights and the surrounding area. Since there were only two of us – because no one else had booked the tour – we were very flexible, which made the experience significantly more pleasant. The communication was great both in advance and on-site. We were informed from the beginning about the forecast for the northern lights sighting and the weather-related challenge of finding a cloudless sky. We decided to try it anyway, and it was absolutely worth it! The goal was to find a cloudless spot; after a drive of several hours, we succeeded in doing so. Unfortunately, we did not see the northern lights, but we did see an incredibly beautiful Milky Way, which made the experience worthwhile for us nonetheless. 🌌✨

Alex was very polite and he tried his best for us to see the Northern Lights, despite the fact that we didn’t see them, it was still a great adventure.

Ivar, our guide, had great local knowledge, which meant he was able to take us to the best locations in Bodo to see the Northern lights. We were very lucky having a clear night. This was our one and only chance to see the lights and they didn't disappoint, they were amazing! There were only 3 of us in the tour group, so the trip was very relaxed and it was easy for us to ask Ivar questions about the lights and the local area. I highly recommend Ivar as a guide.
