Our driver was perfect. He was knowledgeable and anticipated our needs. The car was clean and comfy! I would highly recommend a private ride from the airport to Negril!

Fantastic service! I changed my pickup time several times and they were very accommodating. Drivers were very prompt and handled traffic well. As an aside, give yourself about 2 hours to get to the airport. Between local weekday traffic, weekend tourist traffic and road construction you may run late.

Never received a confirmation for our return trip and were forced to take the Sunwing shuttle. Viator, the booking company, would not reimburse us. Claimed driver showed up early and we had left. Both are lies as we did not depart until after the driver supposedly showed up. 🔝

According to our information, the driver arrived at the hotel at 6:33am for your scheduled pickup time of 7:00 AM, but you had departed on the 6:00 AM shuttle. Regrettably, we were unable to authorize a refund since the driver was present at the confirmed time. We appreciate your feedback, and we do advise our guests to always check their account if unsure of their pickup time as all correspondence remain accessible in their account at all times. Additionally, you can reach us by telephone or WhatsApp and this information is shared with guests through their account.

The drive was good and our driver Lance was great. He made what was going seem like a long feel very short. He pointed out many points of interest and talked to us about Jamaica and the hospitality of Jamaicans.

I've used this company 3 times and will continue to use them when I return to Jamaica next year. Never had a problem. Always ready to take me wherever I have reservations made. We booked Island Transfers both from the airport to Travellers Beach Resort in Negril and back to the airport when it was time to leave. Both trips were excellent. The driver was on time and very professional. Both vehicles were in great shape and had excellent air conditioning. 🙌 Highly recommended this company. We will be booking again when we return to the island.

Great driver, very knowledgeable and very nice to me and my son. He got us safely to our Resort in Negril all the way from Montego Bay Airport. I wish the resort was closer but that’s no fault of driver. We know to pick something closer to airport next time.
