We had a wonderful time. The crew was very nice and would answer any questions. The views were fantastic!
It was the perfect day for our sunset cruise. We were seated and left on time…the deck hands were lovely and if you were looking for a bit of activity one was encourage do help lifting the sails. My daughter purchased this as a birthday present for me while we were in Maine. I am so glad she did. The weather was perfect, as was the company! I’m looking for to trying another cruise with this company. Ooo you can bring snacks. Drinks of choice on board. No smoking though!!
My husband and I absolutely LOVED this adventure! It was such a great experience and was nice to get out on the ocean, with the cool breeze and sound of the ocean. The waters were calm, which made for a very smooth ride. The captain and his deck hands were amazing and had really good conversations with all of us; they were also great sports and took photos of us, when asked. We will definitely do it again, except next time, we'll take some wine and snacks!! 🍷🧀🥂🍪
First time ever being on a sloop ship. The crew was amazing. Explained everything that was asked about the ship and the sights. Top notch experience. Looking forward to returning with my husband.

Good - if you want to relax and look at the scenery and enjoy the experience. If you want to occasionally chat with friendly boat operators. Not good - if you want to hear about what you are looking or about Portland. It was a beautiful sunny day and not too windy. Other passengers who sat near us were great people. My wife and I had a great time. You are outside the whole time.
Lovely afternoon on the water. Crew was friendly, we even had the chance to help hoist the sails. It’s not narrated so if you’re looking for a historical tour this isn’t for you but it was very enjoyable.
The captain was great! Even let us use his umbrella since the kids were so hot on the boat and it was in abnormally hot Fourth of July weekend. Would definitely recommend.

Had a very pleasant trip around Casco Bay on the historic Wendameen with Captain Jonathan and his crew. It was the perfect day for the trip and it was a great opportunity for so many beautiful views of the islands around Portland. Definitely a unique experience!
