Auf diesem Tagesausflug wandern Sie zum Mittagessen auf der Marangu-Route hinauf zur Mandara-Hütte. Sie werden den Gipfel NICHT erreichen. Alle Kurztreks werden auf privater Basis angeboten und können an jedem Tag des Jahres gestartet werden. Die kurzen Treks richten sich an Menschen, die gerne wandern, aber das Erreichen des Gipfels ist kein "Muss", und ermöglichen es einem, die Aufregung des Wanderns auf dem höchsten Gipfel des afrikanischen Kontinents zu erleben.
