Louis was an absolutely wonderful guide—warm, knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about Montreal’s Mile End. Every food stop was thoughtfully chosen and delicious, with a great variety of local specialties and fascinating stories behind each place. The tour was perfectly paced, generous, and gave us a real appreciation for the neighborhood’s history and culture. Louis made everyone feel welcome and turned an excellent food tour into one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended!

This food tour was amazing. If it wasn’t for the walking in between stops you wouldn’t be able to move due to the amount of food you get to try! Donna-Lynn was a great guide and provided very interesting historical facts of the area which was greatly appreciated. I would suggest to take public transportation or an uber to this tour as we found parking to be hard to come by and there is a 3hr max for the street parking which appeared to be strictly enforced.

This was a fantastic food tour and we have been on several. It’s in the top two (NYC also has a great one). Beyond the selection of food which was varied, delicious, and plentiful it’s the guide that makes the tour great. Dominique was perfect. Fun, full of great history of the area/facts, and just lovely to be around. She also mentioned some other great places in the area which were great as well. Couldn’t be better food tour! This was a fun informative tour, we walked around various local areas in Mile End. Eric was full of interesting fun facts & history tidbits. Wish we would have visited a true local deli, maybe the italian one is considered good for its montreal meat tasting? Great for all ages, walking at leisurely pace. Eric pointed out the various neighborhoods & its arch details on the many homes/streets we passed.
