ANKUNFT – ABHOLUNG AM FLUGHAFEN Die Abholung am Flughafen erfolgt außerhalb. Nachdem Sie die Einwanderungs- und Zollkontrolle passiert haben, gehen Sie nach draußen in den Ankunftsbereich. Benutzen Sie die erste Tür rechts am Informationsschalter, um das Terminal zu verlassen. Sobald Sie draußen sind, biegen Sie rechts ab und gehen Sie in Richtung der Toilette. Unser Begrüßer wird hinter der Barrikade stehen und ein Schild mit der Aufschrift INSELTRANSFER UND TOUREN halten (Suchen Sie nicht nach Ihrem Namen). Sobald Sie den Begrüßer identifiziert haben, legen Sie ihm Ihr Ticket vor und er wird Sie zu Ihrer Fahrt begleiten. ABREISE/RÜCKTRANSFER - HOTELABHOLEN Die Abholung vom Hotel erfolgt 2,5 Stunden vor der von Ihnen bei Ihrer Reservierung angegebenen Abflugzeit. Über Ihre Reservierung wird eine Nachricht mit Ihrer genauen Abholzeit gesendet. Bitte checken Sie an Ihrem Abreisetag aus und seien Sie mindestens 10 Minuten vor dieser Zeit bereit. Treffen Sie Ihren Fahrer am Eingang zur Hauptlobby, wie auf Ihrer Reservierung angegeben. Fahrer können nur 10 Minuten nach der angegebenen Abholzeit warten.

Smooth process throughout the entire experience. Representative was right outside the airport on the location that we were told to meet him. He called the driver who came on 5 mins and helped to load our bags. Driver nest Howard was great and got us to the resort safely. We highly recommend.
