Went on the 1/2 day fisher tower rafting trip with my wife and three young kids (5,6&7). Everything was super smooth. Our raft guide Liz was awesome. We had so much fun; the highlight of the weekend for sure. Really glad we booked with Red River. Will definitely be back.
We had a really great time on our half-day rafting trip! If you're looking for a relaxing way to experience the Colorado River and take in the incredible scenery, this is a wonderful choice. Our guide, Molly, was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable while keeping the trip fun from start to finish. She was definitely the highlight of the experience. One thing that's important for future guests to know: if the Colorado River is running low, this is not an adrenaline-filled whitewater adventure. We were hoping for something a little more exciting, but the river conditions made it a very calm, leisurely float. That isn't the company's fault—just something to keep in mind when booking. What really made the trip enjoyable were the many opportunities to jump in and swim. Being able to cool off in the river throughout the trip was a blast and ended up being our favorite part of the day. My only real criticism is the value. It felt like a pretty expensive excursion for what ended up being a mellow float, especially if you're expecting bigger rapids. Overall, we had a fun time, loved our guide, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and swimming. Just go in with the expectation of a peaceful river experience rather than an action-packed rafting adventure, and you'll likely have a great time.

We had an amazing time on the Fisher Tower half-day whitewater rafting tour on the Colorado River. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous, and while the rapids weren't as big as we expected because of the water levels in the area, the guides truly made the trip unforgettable. They were fun, knowledgeable, and kept the group engaged wit splash wars and even refreshing swim time in the river. I would absolutely recommend it!
Great day on the river even with the low water levels. The half day tour was the perfect way to experience rafting the Colorado River. This tour is great if you have younger children. Bring bug spray- we had lots of deer flies biting us during the tour.
We had a great float trip down the Colorado River. The rapids are pretty easy so it’s not a hard core trip. Our guide Aaron was a lot of fun and did an excellent job.
This was first rafting trip. I have gone on kayak & canoe trips previously. I enjoyed the group experience on the raft. We were with a family of 4. The trip was BEAUTIFUL & our guide, Liz, was very friendly & knowledgeable.
