Miami : Hop-on Hop-off-Sightseeing-Tour mit Kreuzfahrtoption

Bus tour was great. Got to see a lot and get an idea of all the main sites to see and was able to stop at each place and either go shopping or go eating fabulous.

OMG terrible! The bus didn’t have air conditioning and they didn’t let us know. We couldn’t complete the loop and didn’t enjoy the tour.

The hop-on hop-off bus was in itself a nice way to get around Miami. Only the timetable was terribly unreliable. We thought we could get out of the car once or three days to see a bit more of the city. But after the first stop at Miami beach we decided not to do that. The bus should always arrive at a certain stop every half hour. But the first one was already delayed by 20 minutes. Then we went to Lincoln Street for dinner. Returned at the stop no bus at the expected time. In fact, after more than 40 minutes of waiting, he finally came. A little bomb full so we didn’t want to take the risk of getting off somewhere. The whole idea of hop on - hop off has therefore come to nothing and then the best is an expensive joke. Better use the regular buses in Miami.

We have used this company in so many locations in Europe. We were very disappointed in Miami. We joined the tour after a rain storm. The driver drove too fast ( in pur opion) hitting low haning branches with no warning and we were absolutely soaked and dodging falling branches. There was no warning from the driver that the tour was coming to the end and we were rudely shouted at to get off the bus. We joined the bus again the following day ( without the rain)but the driver was equality rude. On our last trip the driver did speak to the passengers telling everyone it was the last bus of the day. On the whole we have found this company very rude and unwelcoming. We waited a long time for the buses to arrive in comparison to the same company in other locations. There seemed to be just two buses operating in this location at one time which isn't enough, far too much waiting time! I would not recommend using this company on a short trip to Miami!

I booked this experience with my son. On the website they write that the buses pass every 30 minutes but it is not true! They pass every hour! Furthermore, it was raining and we could not stay on the uncovered part. We went downstairs and there was no air conditioning! An unbearable heat! Never again a Big Bus!

The a/c in the bottom portion of the bus was not working and it was sweltering hot. The top of the bus had a full right side of speakers that did not work with the earbuds provided. There were times were the trees got through the top shield and sides. The driver was going a little fast at times. A woman threw up from motion sickness on the top half, her friend told the driver and he did not stop to help or clean it up. Wear a hat if you sit at the top.

Easy to discover the city when you don't know it and you have little time you get on and off where you want

This was awful. They were late every time, and the AC did not work, Miami and no AC. It made for a miserable drive anywhere.

Overall, a great way to see the key areas of Miami. The tour was around 2 hours and had headphones given to us for a commentary on the area. Whilst I have no issue with a pre-recorded track I found the commentary focused far too much on the shopping areas and great places to spend cash rather than delving into more of the history of the area. In the areas such as little Havana the history was great and was very enjoyable. Overall, would recommend.

I loved this bus tour !!! Tour Downtown Miami, then went To Miami Beach, Wynwood and then Little Havana and then ends where it started in Downtown Miami Highly recommend this bus tour.
