Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry you felt disappointed, but we do need to clarify a few points for accuracy. *Capacity / seating: We operate within our licensed passenger limits, which is 36 and we only had a max of 25 pax the last 6 weeks . We do also ask that bags are stored in designated areas so walkways and seats remain clear, however at busy times when guests are getting ready, we do recognise there can be congenstion. *Snorkel equipment: We carry 35-40 snorkel sets which is plenty for all guests on board however we only carry 22 sets of Fins as they are often not required in the calm waters. If something didn’t fit or you needed a different size, our crew are always available to swap gear immediately. *Lunch: Lunch includes more than “bits of chicken and sausages” and is prepared in set quantities for the full group. Salad is provided for all guests; if you missed it, please let us know at the time so we can replenish/serve you directly. *Village walk: This stop is a short visit with local vendors and a chance to see a small community area. It isn’t marketed as a full cultural tour, and we’re careful not to misrepresent it. *Sailing time: We are a sailing tour, however sail time depends entirely on wind and safe operating conditions on the day. When wind is light or inconsistent, we motor for safety and to keep the itinerary on schedule. We are sorry that you where disappointed and the crew have all been made aware of your concerns so wee can make sure not to disappoint anyone else in future. We hope you otherwise had a great time in Vanuatu.

Peter, we where very surprised by your review. For clarity for future guests, this experience is a sailing and snorkelling day cruise with multiple swim/snorkel stops and a fresh lunch included — it’s not designed to be a 5 star restaurant-style dining with all the extras afforded to you in the modern world. We do want to correct the points in your review: **lunch on this tour is not a “basic sausage sizzle.” On the day, lunch included fresh French baked bread with butter, garden salad, beef sausages, teriyaki chicken breasts, and our special fried rice (we also have photos from the day’s service which is consistant, plentifull and cooked by professionals). Many of our guests specifically mention the lunch as plentiful and a highlight of the trip. **Regarding tea/coffee: this is not offered at the island venue and is not included in the tour listing. **On pricing, the cost is clearly shown at the time of booking is AUD199pp when you booked and reflects a full-day sailing and snorkelling experience in Vanuatu with a professional crew, Professional transfer service, new equipment, island experience, multiple snorkel stops and lunch included — something we work hard to keep great value for money. We’ll be honest — our crew were disheartened and surprised to read this, as it doesn’t reflect what was provided on the day. We’ll continue to focus on delivering a safe, memorable sailing and snorkelling experience and we appreciate the many guests who recognise the value and care that goes into our tours.
