I booked this experience directly with Michael and I had a great experience. He arranged my transportation, accommodation, and was very responsive. Our guide in Machu Picchu was very knowledgeable, as was Pamela, who guided us in getting tickets in Aguas Calientes.

Michael is a life savor. I had booked a trip for my family of 7 months in advance, and a week before our tour date they cancelled on us. I was in a panic and luckily found this company. I read his other reviews and decided to put my trust in him. Thank god I did! He was able to do less than a week turn around and get my family of 7 on a tour of Machu Picchu. He arranged everything for us. All we had to do was be where he said at a certain time and him and his guides took care of us. The only stressful bit was getting in line for the actual tour tickets but he arranged everything so perfectly we arrived in line plenty early with minimal time waiting in line. His pricing was very fair compared to other tour groups offering the same thing. I recommend booking with him, especially if you had the same emergency our family had with another tour group. I am glad I put my trust in Michael.

A strong recommendation from here, we were out very late (3 days before) but Michael Flores sorted everything out and we even got circuit 2a! He arranged a hotel for us in Aguas Calientes where we waited in line for the ticket for the next day. We were picked up from our hotel in Cusco and dropped off at the same place; he had everything under control with all the tickets and things for us, so everything went smoothly. And we got our own private guide Edgar who was also good and fun. Really good experience and can be recommended!

We recently took a last-minute trip to Cusco with one big goal: visiting Machu Picchu. We had hoped to buy tickets in person, but we quickly realized just how difficult it can be to find tickets and transportation without planning far in advance. The service was excellent, always punctual, and they always made sure to send me a message to ensure I caught all the transport correctly. I received all the visit details the day before, and the guide at Machu Picchu was really good. I recommend this experience to everyone :) Done in one day it can be tiring because you are out all day, but it is really worth it.

Michael is a blessing! He is funny and felt like family before the tour was finished. :) He is very knowledgable, prompt with answers to our questions, and helpful with every detail of our trip. You will love this tour! It is a once in a lifetime trip!

Where do I begin. I was very fortunate and the great Gods were on my side to make my dreams come true by experiencing Machu Picchu. I waited for ever to purchase my tickets. By the Grace of God. I stumbled on Michael’s page. He reached out to me. He went above and beyond to help my family and me have the experience of a lifetime. He helped me booked my trips. Every details. I had a private chauffeur picked us up from our hotel to the train station. He purchased the train tickets (going/coming), Bus ride (going/coming), Machu Picchu tickets and our hotel to stay at AguasCaliente. I was a little skeptical by his genuineness and how helpful he was with the whole situation. I couldn’t asked for a better experience. The icing on the cake was my private tour Guide Manuel. Omg! He was knowledgeable, friendly, smart he also spoke English very well. He’s a native so he knows so much about the beautiful mystery of Machu Picchu. My over all experience was unimaginable. This was an amazing experience! Everything was handled. The communication was excellent. Jose did an excellent job and answered all of our questions. On our way back to Cusco I got sick in the van (not trip related). I had to make alternate transportation because I needed out of the van. At some point I lost my phone in the vehicle. Michael retrieved it and returned it to me at the airport the same day. Above and beyond!!! 10/10 they will take excellent care of you!

Exceptional Experience with Yupi Travel Machupicchu – Thank You, Michael! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our trip to Machu Picchu was the highlight of our Peru journey, and a huge part of that was thanks to Yupi Travel Machupicchu and our wonderful guide, Michael. From almost a month before we even left India, Michael was there to help us through what turned out to be the most stressful part of planning the trip—getting Machu Picchu tickets. When tickets were virtually impossible to obtain online and the Ministry of Culture kept changing the ticketing system, Michael kept us updated with accurate, honest information. Despite the 12-hour time difference, he responded to my messages almost immediately, no matter what time I wrote. One message from him gave me complete confidence: "Trust the information I give you because even if you don't like what I say or it makes you uncomfortable, I will always tell you the truth. That way you will know what is happening." He lived up to every word. Thanks to his advice, we managed to secure not just one, but two different Machu Picchu circuits, allowing us to experience the citadel from two completely different perspectives. That alone made our trip unforgettable. Michael is much more than a guide. He is a passionate storyteller with an extraordinary knowledge of Inca history, archaeology, architecture, agriculture and Andean culture. As we explored the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, he explained not just what we were seeing, but why it was important. The engineering of the terraces, the ingenious water management systems, the astronomical alignments, the agricultural innovations at Moray, the salt mines of Maras, and the rise of the Inca Empire all came alive through his explanations. He answered every question with patience and enthusiasm, and his love for Peru's history was evident throughout the journey. One of the most unexpected and delightful moments came when we discovered his love for India and Bollywood! He told us that Lima has dedicated theatres screening Bollywood movies and that he is a great fan of Shah Rukh Khan. To my amazement, he started humming "Jeena Yahan, Marna Yahan" from Mera Naam Joker and asked if I recognised it. I sang the first few lines, and we both ended up smiling in the middle of Peru. We also chatted about classic films like Haathi Mere Saathi. It was one of those wonderful cultural exchanges that make travel so memorable. Throughout the tour, everything was professionally organised. Our transfers were punctual, the itinerary was well planned, and we never felt rushed. Michael was always attentive to everyone's pace and made sure every member of our group had a memorable experience. If you are planning a visit to Machu Picchu, I cannot recommend Yupi Travel Machupicchu highly enough. Their professionalism, honesty, local knowledge and outstanding customer service turned what could have been a stressful trip into one of the finest travel experiences we have ever had.
