Luxustour durch Murano & Burano mit privatem Boot und Guide

We had a fantastic day exploring Murano and Burano with our guide, Luca. His knowledge of Venice, the islands and their local history was excellent, and he shared it in such an interesting and engaging way. Luca was friendly, relaxed and great fun to spend the day with. We loved learning about the history and traditions of both islands while still having plenty of time to enjoy the experience. A really enjoyable and memorable day and a wonderful way to see Murano and Burano. Highly recommend Luca and ShoMe Venice!

This was an EXCELLENT tour! Luca met us right at our hotel and took great care of us all afternoon. He shared that he comes from a glass working family and was so knowledgeable about the process and the history of both Murano and Burano. The glass blowing was so impressive and absolutely worth the trip. Luca gave us a some local recommendations for dinner which were also excellent. Highly recommend this experience!

Our trip to Murano and Burano could not have been better. Our tour guide, Alessandra, was just excellent. Could not be better. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. She explained the history of each location and what to expect and answered any and all questions. She is a credit to the organization. This is a tour on our private tour boat, which was quite nice. The first location, Murano, was interesting. We saw old-world craftsmanship up close. Generations of them. The town is built on this business. This is not industrial (machine) glass making, but custom, hand-made works of art that often shine like diamonds. That part of the tour took about 20 minutes. The remainder was viewing their pieces, which were often quite amazing and something to see, in their showroom. They are more that happy to have you purchase or order their wares. Outside, Alessandra was describing to my wife and I the way of life of the people who live in Murano and it was quite interesting. The next stop was Burano and it was remarkable. I felt like we stepped into a time warp. The homes were beautifully colorful and charming. TBH, we skipped the lace tour and walked through town. I had the most delicious gelato and my wife and I had a lovely lunch and walked all over. It was actually one of the highlights of our vacation to Italy. Alessandra was careful to let us know where and where not to eat and made sure we all got back to the boat on time. The boat rides were smooth and fun, and again, our tour guide was lovely. Highly recommend this tour with Alessandra.

Great tour! We stayed at Hilton Molino Stucky and they picked us up right on our dock. Lots of rain on trip out, had to shelter under a bridge at one point, but very safe. Went to Murano first, saw a couple of glass making demonstrations, then time to shop. Next went to Burano, beautiful island. Our tour guide, Matteo, was fantastic. He was born and grew up on island and gave us a lot of local history. Boat ride back weather was better and we got a grand tour of the Lido and other islands. Great half day tour, and a way to get overview of entire lagoon beyond Venice itself.

Worth the time and money. Enjoyed the whole experience. Tomasso was very pleasant and a great guide.

Very personal. Felt like it was made for us. The weather was perfect. From the moment the tour began till the moment we returned everything was as romantic as we could have dreamed of.

Pick up right on time in lobby of hotel. Mihaela was our guide and she was wonderful. Seeing Burano was our favorite. Adorable island.

We had the most incredible experience wth our private guide/tour. He was the BEST!!! I highly recommend skipping the groups! Our knowledgeable and good looking guide made sure we had enough time on Murano and Burano. The glass blowing demonstrations, cold water and shopping the many rooms were an amazing experience. Burano was my favorite. He guided us through the small island with the irreverent stories of sailors and the history we needed. The George Clooney wooden boat was beautiful and it was just the two of us. It was the highlight of our Venice stay.

Getting up early is key. Less crowded. Awesome tour. Awesome tour guide. Nicholas was so knowledgeable and helpful. He made our day enjoyable. Also we really loved Burano.

On time, well presented, amusing, knowledgable, entertaining… A boat at every stop… couldn’t be better
