Lasagne Masterclass: Learn, Cook & Taste Authentische Bolognese

We had such a wonderful time with Rosa! I would love to take another class with her. We prepared and enjoyed a delicious lasagna and I’m inspired to try to make it at home. Rosa graciously opened her home to us and shared so many local tips. Rosa’s positive energy made the experience a highlight of our trip!

This experience was the highlight of our visit to Bologna. Veronica's beautiful home was a lovely place, set up perfectly for the “master class”. You left knowing that generations of experience was passed on to us. Highly recommend!!!

It was fun going to a person house and learning how they cook. Our hostess was accommodating and very patient with us.

Went into this experience with not much knowledge on the subject of cooking pasta. The vey kind chef showed us how to do everything from beginning to end. She was patient and never got angry if you messed up a little. The atmosphere was beautiful and the area she had set up for us was so cute. And of course… the food was AMAZING!

Roberta was very hospitable. She offered us Expresso on arrival. We learned what goes into a traditional lasagna, leaning to make r he bechamel sauce and layering it. It was delicious and wonderful bolognese sauce. We look forward to making this at home.

Found the home very easily and weren’t at the door. They were very welcoming and we stayed far later than planned just chatting like old friends. The food was amazing. Would have liked a bit more hands on experience in the cooking process but she explained things well.

The Lasagna Masterclass was an unforgettable experience. I learned how to make a lasagna just like my grandmother's! The Cesarina patiently guided me step by step in the preparation of an authentic Bolognese lasagna. A unique experience and an unmissable opportunity for those who love traditional Italian cuisine!

Roberta’s house and kitchen are impeccable. She was very generous in sharing her secrets and explaining the why behind what she does to make her pasta dishes special. I feel like I can go home and make multiple dishes and I feel like if I have a question, Roberta will answer any questions I might have. But the best part of the day was sitting down with this wonderful woman and eating the meal we made together over a glass of wine. I can’t give a higher recommendation to spending time with Roberta in her kitchen.

Perfect class! Super fun, super nice! Loved the interaction and conversation. Nothing better than really fresh pasta and learning how to make it.
