From start to finish, this class was an absolute delight! Paola is an exceptional teacher whose warmth, expertise, and passion for Italian cooking shine through every step of the experience. Over the course of three hours, we not only mastered the art of creating a rich, authentic Lasagna Bolognese, but also prepared a decadent Tiramisu. Paola guided us with patience and clarity, ensuring that everyone felt confident and engaged. The recipes provided to take home were a wonderful bonus, practical, detailed, and easy to follow. Since attending in August, my daughter and I have been recreating these dishes weekly, and the results have been phenomenal. Our guests are consistently impressed, often asking for seconds and marveling at the flavors. We came to Italy mostly for the true and authentic lasagna bolognese class, and our host made it well worth the trip! She was kind, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. She taught us both the how and why of authentic pasta and sauce in both technique skill. At the same time, imparting her vast knowledge of the origination of the dish and area while laughing and tasting! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and can’t recommend this experience enough!
