Lanzarote Tour : Lagomar Museum, Kakteengarten & La Graciosa

Beschreibung

Tour guide was the highlight of this trip. She had such a happy, welcoming personality, and her English and French were both good. She gave the right amount of information. The locations were fantastic and the lunch served at La Graciosa was tasty with very friendly staff. Thank you! Would look to have more trips with this guide in future.
A message arrive the day before with timings at our selected pick up point , to which I asked for it to be at the hotel we were staying which wasn’t on the list . I had a response straight away confirming they would indeed pick us up instead of us having 30 min walk ! The whole day was paced , our driver Sebastian was cheery and friendly and our guide Rachel gave a commentary on points of Interest on the way, which was informative. First stop was Lagomar which was just wonderful , we were let in bang on 10 am before the public . Then onto the catcus gardens and again skipped the queue . Timings are crucial and we were back on the coach to be in time for the crossing to la graciousa . What a fabulous unspoilt island . We had a little guided tour then were free to enjoy the island and swim in the clear sea . We chose not to have the paella as we wanted fresh cooked tapas . Boat ride was choppy but only 30mins . Great day out and plenty of time at each attraction . Highly recommended! Well worth the money …
Trip falsely advertised. We never vist museum or cactus Gardens. There was no glass-bottom boat. Was a total disappointment. Had to contact our card company for refund as viator refused to refund despite the tour not being as advertised.
Convenient pick up, four languages spoken. Carolina was a fantastic guide, helping us every step of the way. Lovely sights along the way to the activities, beautiful lunch included.
Collection was almost an hour late and in turn we felt that our first 2 stops (lagomar & the cactus garden) were very rushed. We would have liked at least 45 mins in both locations but we got 35 mins to explore Lagomar and 25 mins in the Cactus garden. Which was a pity as both sites were really lovely. We then got the boat to La Graciosa and maybe it was my own fault but i wasnt aware of lunch being included. If i had of known i would have said No to lunch and just had the full 3 hours to explore the island and get food that we all liked in one of the many local restaurants. The Paella wasnt the nicest and my husband and kids dont eat it so it was a bit of a waste. The island itself is really amazing but we would have enjoyed it more if we had the full itinerary and times etc so we could have made the most of our time there. We went as a family of 4 and i think this trip was aimed more at older people as our children were the only young kids on the tour. I would recommend but wish i had more info before going.
Very friendly guide, very pleasant tour combining cultural discovery and island landscapes. The discovery of the island of Graciosa delighted us!
Good value for money. Three great locations visited and lunch included as well. May have been different in poor weather, but we were lucky and it was a great day out!
Excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and interesting. Efficient organisation. Interesting visits. Great lunch experience on the boar.
It was a very nice and relaxing day in Lanzarote, we saw two interesting places on main island and had a trip also to calm La Graciosa.
A full on day, picked up from resort then up to Lagomar - Omar Sharif briefly lived there, a stunning artist designed house inspired by César Manrique. Then onto the Cactus Gardens for a visit - who knew there were so many Cacti. Then onto Orzola for the ferry to La Graciosa where we had a wander, a paella lunch with wine and then time for the beach and to explore further. We loved it and would like to return to La Graciosa. A multinational tour and our guide for the day, Rachel, was excellent although translation three ways slowed things down. Finally returned to resort. Great value.
