Lanzarote César Manrique

Great trip lots to see guides very helpful

Unfortunately, the island has changed due to mass tourism but the well-known lookouts Volcano, Cactus Park and Cesar Mandrique House are always worth a visit. Unfortunately, the Papageio beaches can still be reached via a gravel road. Our accommodation Los Liros Rural I can only recommend if you prefer small fincas or similar. The small complex is well maintained. Breakfast served on request. If you are looking for relaxation and recreation is the right place.

Extraordinarily educational, interesting and well-planned trip. A lot of information not only about Manrique’s life and works but also the geography and history of Lanzarote. Good guide.

Very complete and pleasant tour with a very nice guide! We had the visit in French which was really great! Visiting times are sufficient to make your tour. The Cesar Manrique tour was excellent, with an exceptional guide, Paul, who was extremely knowledgeable. Buffet lunch was very good. A pity the clouds closed in at the Mirador del Rio but the Canarian coffee served there was delicious. A very enjoyable day and would thoroughly recommend this tour.

We had an great day travelling around Lanzarote and learning all about Cesar Manrique from Paul our tour guide. We particularly liked the house of Cesar Manrique, and the viewpoint of Mirador. The whole day was well organised and very enjoyable.

there are different places where Cesar Manrique left traces, works of art, futuristic buildings. Everywhere the wonderful ghost of this artist hangs over this beautiful island of Lanzarote (and not only on this island, also on all the Canaries). You can't come back from the Canaries without being touched by this artist touches everything, multi ingenious. A beautiful discovery for us, the Manriquemania illuminated us by its GENIE! Thank you, artist!

Incredible day, met some lovely women who were also solo on the outing! Loved the whole experience, something I’d never have seen if I didn’t go on the trip! Highly recommend!

Very nice program, very good guide, trilingual, super organized, lunch restaurant rather well, in the cactus garden you could stay longer.....

I’ve just got back from this day trip. It was very well organised. Paul the guide was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and friendly and amazed us all with his effortless switch between Spanish and English all day. The buffet lunch was optional as you could also walk into the village and grab something to eat elsewhere however, the food at the buffet lunch was good value and we all got a chance to sit with each other and chat. The stops we went to were all very well worth it. The Green caves were my favourite.
