Horrific experience. We were driven to the falls, told "1 hour", no other instructions. We came back to the drop off location 20 minutes early, no bus. We waited 30 minutes, walked around looking for our bus, never found it, but we're told by other companies there that our driver should have told us the pickup was behind the restaurant. We were abandoned and finally found someone who gave us a ride into town, then we walked 5 miles to our ship. We want a refund.
If you’ve seen Niagara Falls, you can skip this one. If you do go, bring nets to cover your face because the midge (bugs) are really bad. This one was VERY crowded with tourists.
The most beautiful waterfalls we've ever seen! The trip was an easy bus ride and walk for magnificent views. The store and care were cute and had anything you needed. A+
Anyone who easily gets anxious or panics should know that some buses have poor ventilation. It was incredibly hot. On the way to the waterfall, we drove through a 7km long tunnel. You should be able to handle something like that. Upon request to turn on the air conditioning, the driver and the tour guide reacted, but this did not bring any improvement. Probably due to the age of the bus. Upon arriving at the destination, I had a panic attack because of the rolling sauna. The guide and driver were friendly and provided sufficient information. After an hour, it was time for the return trip. We then sat right in the front as a precaution, where the breeze from the open driver's window reached us. All in all, a nice short excursion, but the general conditions could be improved.
Knowledgeable and interesting guide led the tour to the falls. On the way back, he stopped at several interesting locations and gave us some history of the town.
The start of our excursion was organised chaos with electronic tickets not being scanned and guests not knowing where to go. After a significant delay to the start of our journey our minibus driver drove extremely fast, overtaking multiple vehicles and even blindly swerving onto the wrong side of the road as he played with his radio, at one stage narrowly avoiding a head on collision with a tanker! Upon our arrival the minibus parked in the wrong car park, leaving family members with mobility issues much further to walk and they did not make it to the waterfall! After being rushed back onto the minibus before anyone wanted to leave, we raced back to our collection point with our driver taking a shortcut through a 7km tunnel thus denying us scenic views heading back. Some passengers were deposited at the botanical gardens instead of the collection point whereby our driver tried to reverse out of his parking spot without looking behind him and almost crashed into another minibus. He was only stopped from doing so after we shouted at him, alerting him to the imminent danger. From start to finish this was the worst excursion I have ever been on.
An extremely great experience. Easy pick up, staff friendly, comfortable transpiration and the falls were beautiful. Plenty of time to see the views and hike the area
Great experience and the driver was very knowledgeable which made the trip. It was a long walk round but fortunately the weather was kind too us
Everything went smoothly. The guides were good and the fall were beautiful, but expect windy conditions.
Easy access from cruise ship. Small group, friendly guide. Was given plenty of time to explore the area around the falls.
