Erleben Sie die Schönheit, Etikette und den Geist der traditionellen Japanischen Teezeremonie in einem historischen Stadthaus von Kyoto. Unser familiengeführtes Teehaus empfängt maximal 8 Gäste pro Sitzung und ermöglicht so ein ruhiges und persönliches Erlebnis. Im Gegensatz zu großen kommerziellen Veranstaltungsorten konzentrieren wir uns darauf, eine authentische Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der die Gäste die Bedeutung hinter jeder Bewegung erfahren und den Geist der Japanischen Gastfreundschaft zu schätzen wissen. Die Tradition der Teezeremonie in unserer Familie wurde über Generationen weitergegeben, und ich lernte die Praxis von meinem Vater. Während des Erlebnisses beobachten Sie eine Teezeremonievorführung, lernen Teeutensilien und Etikette kennen, genießen saisonale Japanische Süßigkeiten und bereiten Ihre eigene Schüssel Matcha zu. Sie werden auch die Möglichkeit haben, Teeutensilien zu erleben, die in unserer Familie sorgfältig aufbewahrt wurden und eine Verbindung zu Kyotos lebendigen Traditionen bieten. Geeignet sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Interessenten mit tieferem Interesse an Japanischer Kultur.

Fantastic experience in Kyoto, super informative with an authentic feel. The tea master had so much focus and precision, it was like watching black belt martial arts of tea. Learned a lot about matcha history and got detailed explanations of what was happening from his very friendly and highly knowledgeable assistant. 10/10 recommend!

Manabu-san the tea master, and his assistant Paul were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the tea ceremony. We learned a lot while at the same time, they were very welcoming and patient as we are newcomers! Would recommend this as an activity for first-timers in Kyoto!

Six of us thoroughly enjoyed our tea ceremony. All staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. We were assisted with our kimonos and with every step of the ceremony. And our older group appreciated the chairs. Thank you for a memorable experience.

While it is not private, it is definitely intimate. Besides us there was only one other traveler and not much additional room. The tea master and his assistant were very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. Glad we did this. Kimono rental was an extra 1000 Yen but definitely worth it

Arrive promptly . We were kept waiting by one group which was annoying and seen as disrespectful to the tea master . Fascinating ceremony .
